We’re now looking for a new HR Business Partner to join our dynamic HR team, supporting DeLaval International, our global headquarters. About the Role You’ll work closely with managers across multiple functions, acting as a trusted advisor and key driver of our people agenda. From coaching managers and leading change initiatives to handling union negotiations and driving leadership development – this is a truly broad and impactful role. What You’ll Do Your day-to-day responsibilities will vary, but expect to be involved in: Strategic Business Partnership: Act as a dedicated HR business partner to managers, providing expert guidance across all areas of people management, workforce planning, talent management planning and organizational effectiveness. HR Process Leadership: Lead and coordinate annual and cyclical HR processes, such as performance management, compensation reviews, and talent reviews, ensuring alignment with business goals and best practices. Employee & Labor Relations: Advise and coach managers on complex employee relations matters, including performance issues, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes. Lead interactions with union representatives and ensure compliance with Swedish labor law, particularly in relation to BC workers. Organizational Development & Change Management: Support and facilitate organizational design efforts, culture transformation initiatives, and leadership development programs to strengthen capabilities and support business growth. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Collaborate with hiring managers an recruiter to support end-to-end recruitment efforts, from crafting compelling job profiles to ensuring seamless onboarding experiences. Employer Branding & Talent Strategy: Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing our employer brand and talent attraction strategies to build a strong and diverse talent pipeline. Continuous Improvement & Operational Excellence: Identify opportunities for process improvement within the HR function, driving efficiencies and elevating the employee experience. HR Data handling: Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of HR data, support reporting needs, and oversee essential administrative tasks to maintain high-quality HR operations. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking someone who is not only experienced but also curious, solution-oriented, and ready to make a difference. Specifically, you’ll bring: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a broad HR Business Partner role or equivalent capacity within a complex, matrixed organization A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (HR, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or similar). Proven experience supporting blue-collar (BC) populations, with strong practical knowledge of Swedish labor law and established experience in union collaboration and negotiations Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making at all levels Strong business acumen and a strategic mindset, with the agility to shift between strategic advisory and hands-on execution Experience in driving and implementing organizational change and leadership development initiatives Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English – verbal, written, and presentation Comfortable facilitating workshops and group discussions, both virtually and in person High degree of integrity, discretion, and professionalism when handling sensitive issues A positive, curious, and proactive attitude with a continuous improvement mindset Willingness to travel occasionally to support key initiatives across sites or business functions What we offer A workplace like no other!
