Ideal candidates must have practical experience and a proven track record in building IAM solutions and integrating with partners. Responsibilities include crafting robust IAM policies, staying updated on best practices, and managing end-to-end IAM services. The role involves designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining IAM applications, overseeing authentication systems, and managing databases. It also requires implementing Privileged Identity Management (PIM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) processes, ensuring thorough audit procedures. Collaboration is crucial; the candidate will contribute to ongoing improvements and disaster recovery planning. Technical proficiency is a must for troubleshooting issues, investigating security incidents, and coaching team members on IAM best practices. Qualifications  * Application of Authentication & Authorization principles and processes using Azure AD (Entra ID).  * Application of Directory services incl, MFA, risk-based authentication, and privileged access management.   * Application of cyber security principles such as Zero Trust and Separation of Duties.   * Auditing user and process access, including interpreting system logs.   * A strong driver for IAM process changes and implementation initiatives.   * Experience in one or more of the following fields: Active Directory, Azure AD, PAM/PIM, scripting, third-party IAM solutions.   * Meritorious if you have experience in implementing passwordless authentication.  We need someone with strong collaboration and technical skills, excellent networking and analytical abilities.
