Senior Engineer - Network & Cyber Security for SCADA, IS/IT

The HVDC market for large scale offshore wind is booming as an enabler in the energy transitions. In these projects, we have a larger scope of automation systems compared to on shore HVDC. To meet these requirements, we are forming a new and dedicated engineering department with a focus on Automation; overall SCADA and HMI systems, IT/OT infrastructure, Cyber Security and telecom systems. We are looking for colleagues experienced in industrial or electrical automation systems; both managers, specialists and engineers to work on tenders and projects together with our external sub-supplier partners. As a Senior Engineer, you will be technically responsible primarily for network and Cyber Security in our SCADA, network and IS/IT solutions defined in tender and execution projects. You will lead an expanding team of engaged Project Documentation Managers, each working in HVDC EP/EPC tenders and projects. IT Project Manager

HVDC (High Voltage Direct Current) is a product group in Hitachi Energy, which develops, manufactures and sells DC transmission systems on a global market. HVDC technology is used to transmit electricity over long distances and for power transmission via submarine cables. It is also used to connect power systems. HVDC is now looking for an IT Project Manager. In this role, you will ensure IT aspects are considered in improvement projects across the HVDC organization. You will be included in a team of 10 people, but only one with PM competence, Reporting to HVDC IS manager. It is a positive team and a supporting group, however a strong HVDC organization needing support in IT project management. You need to have IT system knowledge, to be successful in this position. You have managerial experience and at least a bachelor’s degree. Good knowledge in Microsoft tools. Fluency in English is required, written and spoken alike. Knowledge of Swedish or other languages is meritorious.
