Your Mission Epiroc is very active in both internal and external digital channels and we are looking for two interns to support this work during the summer months. The tasks include, but are not restricted to: •    Publish news and information on our intranet to keep our internal teams informed and engaged. •    Manage content on our external websites to enhance our online presence and visibility. •    Perform website administration tasks to optimize user experience and accessibility. •    Conduct internal interviews to gather insights and stories from our team members. •    Publish content and engage with our audience on social media platforms to promote our brand and initiatives. •    Create visually appealing banners and images for our digital platforms to captivate our audience. Your Profile We are looking for someone who is keen to test their abilities in digital communication, preferably with some previous experience. Perhaps you are a recent graduate or currently studying digital communication or related fields, here you get the opportunity to kickstart your career in an experienced team who dares to think new.  Ideally, you'll have experience from working with SharePoint, Adobe AEM, Adobe Analytics, Photoshop, Facelift or similar tools and platforms.  If you are structured, service-minded and have a growth mindset, you could be the perfect fit for this summer assignment. Your mission As a System Administrator IT at Operations Solutions, you will have a crucial role in ensuring the availability, stability, and management of critical IT-tools and applications. Your team owns tools such as PTC Creo, AutoCAD, and Ansys and works closely with teams owning Product Lifecycle Management tool Teamcenter, all used by end-users in Epiroc. In this role you’ll perform preventive maintenance and contribute to process improvements. It is important to understand business requirements and enhance the quality of our systems. Your responsibilities will include technically focused duties such as configuring CAD and Simulation software, maintaining integrations, ownership of response time and performance of applications, and timely incident and problem resolution. You will collaboration with various teams in the Operations Solutions department. You’ll also be in contact with our end users to understand their needs. Together with the IT organization this role is expected to be able to manage server environments, ensure network security, and oversee data storage systems. Be capable of installing, configuring, and updating hardware and software, as well as troubleshooting any technical issues that arise. You are also expected to develop and implement IT policies and procedures to optimize system performance and ensure data confidentiality and integrity. Also be able to create and maintain comprehensive documentation of all IT processes and systems. This role requires an understanding of various operating systems, databases, and cloud services. Your profile To succeed in this role, you have strong knowledge of IT systems in general as related to the tasks listed above and experience in CAD and Simulation applications and servers. B-körkort är ett krav för tjänsten.
