About you To succeed as a consultant in our organization, you will need: • A general interest in the maritime industry and technology. Ability to comprehend information, apply knowledge to complex technical issues, and draw conclusions through analytical work. Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time. Excellent communication skills. Motivation to take on new challenges. Pro-active mindset, creativity, ability to take the initiative, and focus on quality. Enjoy working in teams and sharing your knowledge. Have a high degree of integrity in what you do and deliver. Paying close attention to details to identify trends and their systemic impact. Your qualifications: Master's Degree preferable within engineering (e.g. marine, machinery, risk management, reliability, industrial management, social sciences) or similar. Fluent in English and Swedish both written and verbal. Candidates with operational experience are encouraged to apply (e.g. Master Mariner/Chief Officer) Good digital skills and IT/programming experience is appreciated. Interest and ability to travel and work away from home office. We are looking both for junior and senior consultants, but of course experience from technical operation, consultancy or the maritime industry is meritorious.
