Talent Acquisition Lead

Through a vast portfolio of services and product solutions, we make talent accessible to organizations, as well as assignments accessible to professionals, in order to contribute to more dynamic, well-functioning and future proof talent supply chains. Role Overview Responsibilites Conducting recruitment processes from A to Z. Ongoing development of service delivery for recruitment processes throughout the group. Development of methodology, processes, and applicable tools for recruitment. Participation in sales of recruitment solutions to Clients. Contributing to recruitment acquisitions and tender processes alongside the Bid team. Development of recruitment expertise internally within Ework Group. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in organization/management, organizational psychology, HR, or related field. 3+ years of experience as a recruiter, with a focus on IT (System Development) in both private and public sector. Excellent communications skills on a professional level in both written and verbal English and Swedish. Strong sales skills with a proven track record of success. Familiarity with ATS platforms (experience with Teamtailor is a strong plus).
