The Role: As the senior expert of Engineering and Quality Assurance, you will be at the leader of ther engineering and quality assurance activities for our client, driving strategic initiatives, fostering innovation, and ensuring the highest standards of quality across our products and processes. Your leadership will be pivotal in steering the teams through the complexities of modern software development landscapes, employing agile methodologies, and enhancing our global competitiveness. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor engineering and quality assurance teams across multiple locations, ensuring alignment with global standards and objectives. Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency, product quality, and customer satisfaction. Implement and refine agile methodologies (Lean and Scrum) to streamline project management and product development processes. Drive the establishment and continuous improvement of quality management systems, adhering to international standards like ISO9001 and AS9100. Collaborate with multinational teams to establish new product lines and production facilities, ensuring seamless integration and optimization of resources. Champion innovative solutions and lead by example, promoting a culture of excellence, agility, and continuous learning. Qualifications: A Master’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field. Over 20 years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, and program management, preferably in a global setting. Demonstrated success in leading agile transformations and driving process improvements. Proven track record of managing complex projects and leading cross-functional teams to success. Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to engage effectively at all levels of the organization and with external partners. Why Join Us?
