Process Quality Engineer

Job Scope High level purpose of function Drive improvement of quality level and performance for process and product in manufacturing Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to) Overall areas of responsibility and activities · Establishing PFMEA's, process flow charts and MSA. Production Quality Senior Engineer

About the job We are currently seeking a skilled Utilities Technician to join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and safety of our utilities equipment. As a Utilities Technician at Northvolt, you will be responsible for the execution of maintenance on utilities equipment in our factory, with a focus on achieving targets of reliability, cost-effectiveness, and safety. You will interface with operators, technicians, and other production personnel to understand and communicate improvements, perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to maintenance program optimization. In this team we also have an open position for a utilties technician with a focus on dehumidifiers, so that is something that the role can develop to in the future if you don't possess those skills at the moment. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Install, maintain, and repair all utilities equipment to ensure proper functioning and reliability. Perform preventive maintenance on utilities equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance. Manage the BMS to monitor and control utilities equipment effectively. Process Quality Technician

Northvolt has an exciting job offer for a Process Quality Technician to join our passionate Quality team in Västerås to support our production line. The Process Quality Technician will be in charge of product quality compliance at our Quality Production facility. You will be responsible for confirming key quality attributes of intermediate product, responding to non-conforming product and quality issues in production. As the role will primarily support the electrode production, the Process Quality Technician will work closely with production staff and the Quality Engineers. Working in shifts in general is not required at this point, but flexibility and willingness to do overtime and cover production peaks is expected. The goal is to ensure quality along all production steps and product outcome to create a stable process environment for the experiments Quality performs. In general, you have experience in quality control and relevant technical applications- Quality environment is a plus. Moreover, you are skilled in implementing production quality principles and methodology. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Lead day-to-day quality assurance activities in production ensuring that production/product quality specifications are met.
