Maintenance Engineer

We are looking for a driven Maintenance Engineer to join us in our mission to contribute to a greener future. The role is a part of our passionate Maintenance team based in Skelleftea. ​​As a Maintenance Engineer you will play an important role within the maintenance team of Revolt. Reporting directly to the maintenance manager, you will have a key role in maintaining and repairing our facilities and utilities in Skellefteå. You will work closely with the rest of the maintenance team, the different departments of Revolt and many different contractors to close the loop of batteries and strive to have the World´s best battery recycling plant.​ Key responsibilities Develop and optimize proactive and reactive maintenance in terms of reliability, cost, and safety. Do a follow-up on equipment performance and reliability. Identify, prioritize, and evaluate the different spare parts for the plant equipment. Assess the required tools and skills required for efficient plant maintenance. Work proactively with, among others, maintenance specialists, technicians, supervisors, and planners to design and develop an effective long term maintenance plan. Assess and report safety hazards. Perform risk analysis when needed. Support Engineering, Project, and Operations team on Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), and other key stages of the final handover of new equipment. Review documentation and ensure that commissioning and start-up requirements are accounted for. Identify, communicate, and drive potential processes or maintenance improvements. Senior Electrical Engineer

We are looking for a dedicated Construction Engineer Electrical to join us in our mission to contribute to a greener future. As an electrical engineer your role will include commissioning of novel equipment and processes in recycling plants, optimization of process equipment and design the electrical improvements. To ensure that the equipment installation is in accordance with the company approved design, quality, and schedule, as specified in the design documentation, quality plan, and installation schedule. Facilitate all 3rd party inspections at pre-determined milestones to ensure that the electrical installation complies with the installation drawings and manuals and contracted deliverables. Your contributions will ensure that each battery manufacturing facility has a battery recycling plant thus unlocking a sustainable circular economy. Quality Control Technician - Recycling

We are looking for driven people with a laboratory experience who preferably have background in the industrial sampling and testing. The persons we are looking for are systematic and eager to learn. In your role, you will work in chemical laboratory performing various analyses and tests of incoming materials as well as production samples. Our production will run 24/7 including weekdays, weekends and all the holidays. The shifts will rotate between morning, evening and nights and we need you to be able to rotate between all the shifts. About the team The QC team should be the experts, having experience in receiving samples, measuring methods, samples preparation, and result reporting. Senior Manager Operational Excellence will build and develop NV Materials BU Manufacturing Operational Excellence as a lean organization consisting of energized teams working in standardized ways and together continuously identifies ways to improve our processes. Material Handling Associate

The need to recycle batteries is increasing and in Skellefteå the construction of Europe's largest recycling facility for lithium ion batteries is ongoing and will start its production process to separate out valuable metals for reuse in battery production during 2024. The goal is to source 50% of the raw materials needed for cell production from recycling by 2030 and therefore more recycling facilities are planned at site. As material handler, you will be responsible for receiving incoming goods and recycling material as well as sending out finished products from the process. You will be responsible for the internal transports in the factory and keeping good order in the warehouse - you will be a part of developing material flows, perform inventory control and manage all internal logistics. Also repacking of different products in containers and transports and packing of biproducts will be in your scope. You will furthermore interact with many of our colleagues in the Revolt production team and all contractors on site. You will ensure proactive safe operations and work with continuous improvements of safety and 5S. About the team The material handler will work closely with all departments in Revolt and also Northvolt Ett. Primary goal for this position is to ensure that material, packages and other fractions will be in right place at the right time and also create a stable process environment during production. Skills & Requirements Education/Experience BSc or MSc degree in Chemical Engineering/Process Engineering or equivalent 2+ years of relevant work experience within high-volume production in a related field. In-depth knowledge of the Hydromet process, including leaching, solvent extraction, IX, filtration and crystallization-precipitation processes. Excellent English written and verbal skills Control room engineer experience is a plus. Specific Skills/Abilities Basic knowledge of Control Room Management and Process Control. Exceptionally good problem-solving skills. Has a "can do" attitude and an entrepreneurial spirit. Ability to work well with others in a team environment and independently.
