Senior Character Artist

We believe that by working together and sharing thoughts, we can keep leveling up! 🚀 Oh, and we put hybrid work first! The quest We are well on our way with our current game ALARA Prime! You would be the 4th member of our character art team. Your role and challenge would be to craft awesome character assets from sculpt to finished in-game model, the style being humanoids and hard surfaces. The team has a great openness to each-other and relaxed everyday culture where we use Discord for regular communication. You'll work in close collaboration with the team and across disciplines to create great ways of working. As a senior artist we expect you to share knowledge, help with solving problems and coach others. Together we will also set the art pipeline and implement new parts. Your player profile We believe that skills don't come in "x-years-of-experience" and value the individual’s potential. We care deeply about how we develop games, collaborate and improve continuously. No matter where you are today, we want you to be a humble and open person. To succeed in this role you should be able to drive our ideas and craft forward as well as having a strong collaboration with the team and other disciplines. We also think you need a strong understanding of the characters' role in ALARA Prime in terms of gameplay, visuals and user experience - to create the best possible assets. Background/Skills: Experience with developing and implementing characters in a game with Unreal Experience with hard surface and semi-realistic characters Worked with Zbrush, Substance Painter, Maya Expected from all: Note that we have a zero-tolerance policy for toxic behavior at Fall Damage.
