Analytics manager/Analyst

Our Digital Sales team is key to success, in terms of capitalizing & create commercial growth on new consumer behavior, adapting to rapidly changing market dynamics & bridging the gap to a more sustainable air travel industry. As a Analytics manager, you are a part of the Digital Sales team at SAS. We are responsible for global Digital sales & optimization. We have commercial & customer growth ambition, achieved through data-driven decisions on all levels & cross-channel orchestration. We are therefore looking to extend our team, to expand our in-house advanced analytics capabilities. The successful candidate should have deep understanding of web & app analytics and a strong commercial mindset. We are looking for a data savvy with hands-on capabilities, to analyze vast amount of data, act on measurement in real-time, and progress our commercial optimization., As a Analytics Manager, you are located at SAS head office in Frösundavik, Stockholm and report to Head of Digital Sales. Main responsibilities: • Accountability of Digital-to-consumer web & app sales tracking, measurement & ensuring holistic real-time execution of complex sales activities across multi-markets • Secure compliance & democratization of a measurement processes for Digital Sales • Support commercial organization with activation of real-time/ML-supported data across customer digital sales touchpoints. • Responsible for translate Digital Sales business goals to analytics solutions across the sales funnel • Part of Digital Sales CoE advanced analytics capability driving future-proofed application of analytics into customer & sales orchestration together with close partners in IT/Digital-teams Qualifications and Experiences • Bachelor’s degree. Preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, Business administration or equivalent academic discipline with orientation • 1-2+ year’ work experience on from working with digital and & E-Commerce is advantageous, specifically efforts working with web analytics or eq. • Proven understanding of Analytics suites, e.g. GA4, Matomo, Google Tag Manager & multi-touch point measurement tools • Experience from data visualization tools e.g. Power-BI, Looker Studio &Tableau • Preferable experience from predictive analytics tools e.g. SPSS, R, Python or Azure ML • Understanding of working in a matrixed context; strength to deal competently and professionally with strong stakeholders • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.
