Senior Projektkonstruktör/ Rörkonstruktör

Hitachi Energy Cooling Systems är i en tillväxtfas och vill nu stärka upp vår konstruktionsavdelning. Mekkonstruktionsarbetet är uppdelat i tre delar, systemkonstruktion, konstruktion av enheter, vilka vi monterar och provar i fabriken och konstruktion av det yttre systemet, där vi svetsar rören vilka levereras till site för installation. Denna tjänst ingår i gruppen med systemkonstruktörer och konstruktörer för det yttre rörsystemet. Inom teknikavdelningen ingår även en elkonstruktionsgrupp med ansvar för konstruktion av hårdvara och programmering samt en konstruktionsgrupp med ansvar för utveckling av nya produkter. Teamet utgår främst ifrån vår verksamhet i Landskrona men gruppen finns även personer som arbetar från Indien och Tjeckien. Vi är ett starkt team med en gemensam bred kompetens där samarbetet alltid är prioriterat. Dina Ansvarsområden: Konstruktionsarbete i projekt Deltaga i eller driva projektövergripande tekniska utredningar och interna projekt. Förvalta och utveckla verktyg som är specifika för gruppen. Utveckla arbetssätt och bistå vid framtagande och uppdateringar av instruktioner och processer. Representera kontruktionsteamet i tvärfunktionella grupper. Introducera nya kollegor i projektkonstruktionsuppgifter. Vid behov komplettera introduktionen över tid eller för nya uppgifter. Kontinuerligt förmedla kunskap om tekniska lösningar, arbetssätt och förändringar till övriga gruppen. Dina Bakgrund: Goda kunskaper i 3D modulering krävs i rollen Du har vana att arbeta i olika typer av projekt, gärna inom industrin. Du har ungefär 5 års konstruktionserfarenhet, gärna i en samordnande roll. Om du har kunskaper från industrikylning, vattenrening, avloppsrening, biogas, fartyg, olja och gas eller kärnkraft är det en fördel. Du har en förmåga att leda dig själv och lära människor i din omgivning på ett pedagogiskt sätt. Egenskaper som nyfikenhet och förmåga att kombinera teori med praktik är till stor fördel. This involves an extensive understanding of the customer together with insight of upcoming new trends and key products. Experienced UX Designer (automotive experience)

We are looking for an innovative, communicative, self driven, business minded UX Designer with a structured mindset to help drive this development in partnership both with the Aftermarket core development team and Product Owners as well as UX Designers and Service owners working with platforms that consume the data. An interest in handling complexity and how to turn data into value adding services is a must. Ability to manage both day to day work to secure UX/UI consistency and that we adhere to platform best practices, as well as capability to understand different customer needs (including an increasing focus on electromobility and automation) and a partnership mindset in order to contribute to the future solution roadmap(s). Previous experience - desired: Experience working closely with design and development of digital experience in a corporate environment. Ability to bridge stakeholders across functions, translate the customer and user needs to new business/user experience opportunities. Tools and required level of expertise: • Proficient in Figma design tool and the ability to create high-fidelity mockups and wireframes for desktop and mobile interfaces. • Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles, and demonstrated experience from designing for web and mobile platforms. • Ability to design reusable components, icons, and illustrations that can be used across different pages and platforms. • Knowledge and a keen interest in the latest design trends and technologies, and good ability to put it into practice when creating modern and visually appealing interfaces. • Familiarity with design systems and the ability to create and maintain a style guide to ensure consistency across designs. • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work closely with developers to ensure designs are feasible and can be implemented efficiently. • Familiarity with design accessibility principles and the ability to design interfaces that are inclusive and accessible to all users. • Good communication skills and ability to explain as well as motivate design decisions to stakeholders and clients.
