What you’ll do at Nexus As a Product Owner (m/f/d), you own our SaaS product roadmap from discovery to market release, while maximizing the business value and product competitiveness. Business support Represent our product team in customer meetings. Support the sales team in RFP and assessment of new opportunities. Support the Product Manager, marketing, and sales teams by providing tech/use case/design material. Proactive contribution to product team governance and animation. You know how to combine and balance stakeholders’ interests and are not afraid to take decisions to ensure output is being realized. Service Manager till ett internationellt bolag i stark tillväxt Vår kund jobbar med aktuella samhällsnyttiga projekt i framkant. Vår kund växer och det pågår många förändringar, därför söker vi nu en erfaren Service Manager för att förstärka deras team. Som Service Manager hos vår kund är du ansvarig för att säkerställa att tjänsten uppfyller kundens förväntningar och behov. Idag ansvarar teamet för tjänster inom PKI, MFA och Comsec. Du säkrar att alla externa leverantörer fullföljer avtal, överenskommelser och leveransnivåer (SLA).
