About the Role The position entails task delegation, overseeing processes and events organization, and communicating the vision. It involves a balance of 60% coordination and 40% creative work. The role is based in a Stockholm office with about 50 staff members. The team comprises four individuals. The ideal candidate should have experience in event organization. This role offers a dynamic environment, blending organizational skills with creative flair, in a collaborative and vibrant setting. Key Responsibilities: - Planning, executing, and measuring demand generation marketing programs to grow sales pipeline and revenue. - Develops and implements tactical marketing programs in conjunction with Sales, Partners, Nordic Marketing, Customer Success Managers, Value Management and external influencers. - Creates and manages budgets and event projects, measures ROI through metrics analysis and reporting. - Creates digital marketing assets and social media content Qualifications: - Undergraduate degree in Marketing - 3-5 years’ experience with at least 3 years’ in B2B Marketing - Proven track record executing multi-faceted programs - Strategic understanding of solutions being marketed - Strong communication skills - English required (comfortable with presentations and meetings in English), and additional Nordic language fluency a plus but not required.
About the Team This role is integral to a growing Regional Communications team, responsible for both external and internal communications in diverse markets across the EMEA region. About the Role The team is on the lookout for a manager to join the Corporate Communications division, focusing on the UK and Ireland. This individual will be instrumental in developing and executing innovative communication strategies that captivate and motivate the company's target audiences. This role extends to pan-EMEA operations and includes close collaboration with the EMEA Director of Corporate Communications, ensuring adherence to best practices. The ideal candidate will embody a blend of fun, creativity, and strategic insight in every project. They should excel in both external and internal communication, demonstrating exceptional writing skills and the ability to work effectively with senior executives. Resilience under pressure, adaptability, an operational focus, and the ability to independently drive timely and impactful activities are key attributes. This position reports to the EMEA Director of Corporate Communications and will maintain a close working relationship with the UKI PR Lead within the global corporate communications framework. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the management of PR agencies in the UK and Ireland, encompassing delivery, budgeting, and reporting. - Achieve results in line with annual KPIs and produce comprehensive reports to showcase the Communication team's contributions to business goals. - Collaborate with Employee Communications for internal communications and events in the UKI. - Offer strategic counsel to the company's UKI leaders and teams, enhancing confidence in the Communications function and partnering with the UKI Marketing team. - Work with the EMEA Corporate Communications team to craft and evolve thought leadership campaigns and content, leveraging deep knowledge of the business and technology landscape. - Cultivate and sustain positive media relationships, generating new editorial opportunities for brand visibility, in tandem with agency partners in the region. - Develop and implement an exceptional customer and partner communications program in close association with the Customer Advocacy and Partner Marketing teams. Experience Required: - Two to five years of relevant experience, with a preference for a blend of in-house and agency backgrounds. - Experience in executing successful public relations campaigns in Europe, ideally within a global technology firm, with a track record of significant achievements in a B2B context. - Strong skills in creative thinking, writing, communication, problem-solving, management, technical aspects, and analysis. - Deep understanding of the EMEA business milieu and comprehensive knowledge of the business software/cloud/technology sector, including overarching trends and competitor strategies. - Proficiency in collaborating and forming connections at all organizational levels, including with senior leadership, Marketing, Sales, and Support. - Excellent operational and organizational capabilities, bringing fresh perspectives to the team and seeing ideas through to fruition. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. - Positive references upon request.
