The Business Analyst for Cytiva is responsible Management of Regulatory Support web application and administrative support to the department/organization/customer. This position is part of the Customer Regulatory Support located in Uppsala and will be hybrid. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery. What you will do: Management of Regulatory Support web application (Daily approve accesses, support to users and sales org) Maintenance and improvement of RS web application and data bases, in collaboration with IT (Report errors, implementation of updates) Other Customer Regulatory Support (CRS) core activities Daily administrate the CRS mailbox Daily administrate CRS queue in SFDC case management General administrative tasks including development of administrative routines, and publishing and handling documents Review of subscribers Maintain intranet site for CRS Who you are: Required: Academic education. At least 3-5 years' experience as "advanced administrator" in Life Science company or international work Fluency in English, written and spoken. Skills with software systems (MS office, Magic, Veeva, Oracle etc.) Other language skills would be an advantage It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: Organized, target and customer oriented mindset Flexible and service minded with good collaborative skills High ability to work independently.
