Coach, inspire, mentor teams, and promote positive team dynamics to ensure members collaborate and work effectively within the team and with other teams, to manage risks, and dependencies. Get scrum team to a high performing level by recognizing areas of strength and improvement and employing appropriate coaching and development techniques. Model Agile empowering behavior to support the organization’s transformation to a new, agile way of working. Facilitate team-level scrum events - Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective - to ensure full team engagement. Build and leverage effective alliances across other teams and the technical and business communities. Contribute to the advancement and improvement of Agile practices within the individual team and organization. Responsible for ensuring Scrum is understood and the team adheres to Scrum theory, practice, and guidelines. Your background Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or similar. 3+ years’ experience as Scrum Master or similar Agile role applying Agile principles and practices are seen as an advantage. Experience leading others with the ability to earn trust while still challenging the team to improve and operate outside its comfort zone. In this role, you will be a key player who leads the VCT "Bus Vehicle Functions & Services" so that it succeed in delivering customer value. The VCT develops and delivers bus unique systems, vehicle functions and services to meet the current and future demands of the complete bus and coach business. The most important goal as a product manager is to deliver value to customers and the business. This overarching objective encompasses several key aspects: Understanding Customer Needs: To deeply understand the needs, pain points, and preferences of our target customers. Driving Product Innovation: To be responsible for driving product innovation and differentiation, meaning the PM (together with other key roles in the VCT) must continuously explore new ideas, technologies, and features that can enhance the product's value proposition and keep it ahead of the competition. Maximizing ROI: to balance the investment in product development with the expected returns. This involves making strategic decisions about prioritizing features, allocating resources, and optimizing the product roadmap to maximize return on investment (ROI) for the business. Our group within R&D Area E/E, Software & Autonomous, and the Onboard Platform domain, is responsible for the low voltage (LV) power supply of our electrical architecture and provides domain expertise within LV Energy Storage, Power Electronics, and Power Distribution. We have embarked on the agile way of working and the group is currently organized into three global teams; Power Supply System & Architecture, Embedded Systems & Functions, and Power Distribution Components. About the role: For our team Embedded Systems & Functions, we are now looking for a Scrum Master (SM) who together with the Product Owner (PO) will be leading the team ensuring that our solutions are delivered at the right time, have the right functions, performance and robustness to support Scania’s customers. Your focus as an SM is on facilitating team events and meetings, coaching the team in agile methods, and continuously handling the team's capacity, ability, and planning. You will also manage risks and obstacles to secure the output from the team. The aim is to build a cross-functional autonomous team that can handle most of your work by yourself, and you as the SM will have a vital role in securing that. The role and process are not 100% set, so you will also have the possibility to contribute to the new way of working.
