The Airport Operations Staff supports China Eastern Airlines’ daily flight operations, passenger-service activities and belly cargo handling at Stockholm Arlanda Airport. Key responsibilities include: Support on-site flight arrival and departure operations; Coordinate with ground handling agents, airport personnel, crew members and other service providers; Monitor check-in, boarding, baggage handling and other ground-service activities; Support the handling of belly cargo, including coordination with cargo agents, ground handling providers and relevant operational parties for cargo acceptance, transfer, loading, unloading and irregularity handling; Monitor belly cargo handling activities to ensure compliance with Company procedures, airport requirements and applicable safety and operational standards; Assist with delays, cancellations and other irregular flight operations; Assist passengers with enquiries, special-service requirements and baggage irregularities; Collect, verify and maintain flight, passenger and cargo-related operational data and documentation; Support routine checks of operational safety, service quality, ground handling and cargo-handling performance; Participate in training, emergency drills and other operational activities; Perform other flight-operation, cargo-support and station duties assigned by the Station Manager.
The Administrative Staff provides day-to-day administrative and office support to China Eastern Airlines’ Stockholm Office and assists the Finance Manager with certain basic financial operations and finance-related administrative tasks. Key responsibilities include: Maintain documents, files and office records; Assist with office supplies, fixed assets and office facilities; Support attendance, leave, training and basic personnel administration; Assist with invoices, reimbursement documents, payment requests and other expense-related records; Support the Finance Manager with basic financial operations, including preparation of expense documentation, vouchers and payment materials, basic data entry, reconciliation support and related financial administration; Assist with routine coordination with the Company’s finance department, external accounting service providers, banks and other relevant parties; Maintain routine contact with suppliers, landlords and other service providers; Arrange meetings, receive visitors and provide general office coordination; Maintain contracts, licences and other important documents; Perform other administrative, finance-support and office-related duties as assigned.
The Sales Staff supports China Eastern Airlines’ daily sales, customer service and market activities in Sweden. Key responsibilities include: Maintain day-to-day contact with travel agencies, corporate customers and other sales channels; Handle routine enquiries from customers and agents; Support ticket sales, promotional campaigns and local marketing activities; Collect information on market demand, competitors, fares and customer needs; Maintain sales data, customer records and market information; Assist with agency visits, customer maintenance and market development; Coordinate with relevant internal departments on sales and customer-service matters; Perform other sales-related duties assigned by the Sales Manager or Stockholm Office.
Job Responsibilities The Sales Manager is responsible for sales, market development and customer relationship management for China Eastern Airlines in the Swedish market, with the objective of achieving sales targets and continuously strengthening the Company's market share and brand presence in Sweden and relevant markets. Key responsibilities include: Maintain effective communication and coordination with China Eastern Airlines' headquarters in China and relevant business departments, possess a solid understanding of international airline sales operations, sales policies and relevant business systems, and be able to quickly undertake local sales responsibilities independently; Develop and implement annual and periodic sales plans for the Swedish market and achieve assigned sales, revenue and market-development targets; Develop, manage and maintain relationships with local travel agencies, TMCs, OTAs, corporate clients and other distribution channels, and continuously expand the Company's sales network; Monitor and analyse the Swedish and relevant Nordic aviation markets, passenger demand, competitor activities, airfares and market developments, and provide regular recommendations on sales and market-development strategies; Monitor flight sales performance, load factors, revenue and key origin-and-destination markets, and coordinate with relevant headquarters departments on fares, inventory, promotional products and other sales-support measures; Plan and implement local marketing activities, agency cooperation, corporate-account development and brand-promotion initiatives to improve the Company's market presence and sales performance; Manage commercial negotiations with key customers and business partners and follow up on contracts and cooperation projects, ensuring compliance with Company policies and applicable local requirements; Collect and analyse sales data and market intelligence, and prepare regular sales reports, market analyses and business forecasts to support management decision-making; Maintain effective relationships with airports, tourism organisations, chambers of commerce, industry organisations and other relevant partners, and identify cooperation opportunities that support the Company's commercial development; Perform other sales, marketing and business-development duties as required by the Company's business needs. The Sales Manager reports directly to the General Manager of China Eastern Airlines' Stockholm Office and is responsible for sales performance, distribution-channel development, customer relationships and market development in the Swedish market.
The Station Manager is responsible for the safe, efficient and compliant operation of China Eastern Airlines' flights at Stockholm Airport and for the overall management of daily station operations. Key responsibilities include: Maintain effective communication and coordination with relevant departments at China Eastern Airlines' headquarters in China, possess a solid understanding of airline station operations and support functions, be proficient in relevant operational and business systems, and be able to quickly undertake station management responsibilities independently; Lead and coordinate station operations and related support functions, including maintenance, flight operations and ground handling, ensuring compliance with the Company's safety, operational and service standards; Develop and implement station work plans, budgets, operating procedures and management systems covering administration, personnel, training and asset management; Manage station personnel, including work allocation, performance management, attendance and training, while ensuring compliance with applicable Swedish employment and workplace requirements; Oversee flight operational safety, apron safety and the performance of contracted ground handling service providers, ensuring compliance with applicable civil aviation regulations and Company policies; Establish, maintain and implement station emergency response procedures, organize emergency drills and coordinate on-site responses to operational incidents; Monitor flight punctuality and operational performance, lead the handling of irregular operations, and coordinate passenger, crew and relevant service-provider arrangements; Coordinate major transportation and operational support assignments and, where required, support airport-related commercial activities; Maintain effective communication and coordination with airport authorities, ground handling companies, service providers and other relevant external parties. The Station Manager reports directly to the General Manager of China Eastern Airlines' Stockholm Office and is accountable for the station's overall operational performance, safety and service quality.
