WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING We want to focus on future product features 3–5 years ahead, which is why we have chosen to expand the team with an additional colleague. In this role, you will have the opportunity to influence technical decisions at an early stage, help shape the products of the future and most importantly work with innovation rather than purely maintenance and sustainment tasks. We are looking for an Electrical & Electronics Interface Engineer who wants to take a key role at the intersection of electrical design and electronics. This role focuses on the interaction between hardware, software, and electrical systems in our products. You will work closely with both electrical designers and electronics/software teams to ensure that solutions function optimally all the way from requirements to finished product. Your responsibilities will include: Act as a technical bridge between electrical design and electronics Understand and contribute to PCB development, including both hardware and software aspects Participate in the development of specifications for electronic control boards Ensure seamless interaction between electrical systems, electronics, and control systems Take part in testing, analysis, and further development of solutions Contribute to long-term technical strategy and future product features WHAT’S NEEDED FOR YOU TO THRIVE Experience working at the interface between electrical systems and electronics Solid understanding of PCB development, control boards, and control systems Knowledge of EMC, electrical safety, and standards is considered a merit Analytical, communicative, and solution-oriented mindset Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Embedded Systems, Mechatronics, Engineering Physics, Mechanical Engineering or relevant experience from before. Responsibilities WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING As Electrical Design Engineer you will be working on completely new product development for large washing machines and tumble dryers. This is a new role that offers great opportunities to influence both technical solutions and future products. Your work will consist of working with the development of electrical systems for our machines, from requirements and design to testing and prototype built in a laboratory environment. You will be part of an experienced and close-knit team with broad technical expertise and a strong passion for adopting new technologies. Your responsibilities will include: -Developing and designing wiring harnesses and electrical systems. -Performing calculations related to power, load, and current. -Creating electrical schematics and production documentation. -Working with prototype machines in the lab based on technical specifications. -Participating in testing processes at both component and product level. -Analysing test results and translating them into improved designs. -Contributing to innovation and continuous improvements in existing and future solutions. TECHNICAL AREAS -Electrical safety and power supply -Heating systems (water heating, drying – e.g. gas, heat pump, valves) -EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) -LVD – Low Voltage Directive -Component-level design based on commercially available components -Working in accordance with relevant standards and regulatory requirements experience from before. This is a key role for someone who thrives with tasks that require complexity and enjoys solving real production challenges. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING As a Production Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring efficient, stable, and future-ready production processes. You will work hands-on with hydraulic press tools while driving improvements in automation and robotics. You will collaborate closely with operators and maintenance teams and act as a natural leader in driving activities forward. This role requires a high degree of independence therefore we are looking for someone who brings both expertise and has a can-do attitude. Key responsabilities: -Take ownership of hydraulic press tools – performance, maintenance, and development -Drive automation and robotization initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity -Analyze processes, perform risk assessments, and implement improvements -Plan and lead activities, ensuring execution through cross-functional collaboration -Work closely with production operators and maintenance teams daily -Participate in and lead projects related to industrialization and process development -Develop robust, safe, and cost-efficient production solutions WHAT’S NEEDED FOR YOU TO THRIVE We believe that you are a proactive team player who takes initiative, drives progress, and effectively plans and delivers results through strong collaboration and indirect leadership. You also have: -A technical education (engineering degree, YH, or equivalent experience). -Several years of experience in a similar role in manufacturing. -Strong tooling experience – ideally hands-on experience building or developing tools. -Solid knowledge of press tools, preferably hydraulic. -Experience with automation and/or robotic solutions is an advantage. -A structured and analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems step by step. -Fluency in Swedish and English is a must.
