In the role of RGM/Internal Category Analyst, you will be tasked with delivering commercial analytics to the Sales, Supply Chain Management (S&CM), and Marketing teams in the Nordics. Your responsibilities will include analyzing a variety of internal and external data sources to identify opportunities and insights that will drive overall performance. Your Tasks Data Analysis: Analyze internal sales data, market trends, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Reporting: Create and present regular reports and dashboards that summarize findings and insights for the Sales, Supply Chain Management, and Marketing teams. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align on strategies and initiatives that drive performance in the Nordics region. Market Research: Conduct external market research to understand competitive landscape, market dynamics, and consumer preferences. Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis. Forecasting: Assist in demand forecasting and inventory management by analyzing historical data and market trends. Strategic Insights: Identify and communicate strategic insights that can inform product development, pricing strategies, and promotional activities. Analytics & Insights: Identify commercial and category opportunities using a variety of data sources (e.g. B.One, Nielsen, IQVIA, Kantar, Shopper data). NPD: Play a key role within the NPD Go-to-Market Strategy, being responsible for the distribution and price and promo strategy for new launches. Your Profile Strong ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, or similar) and familiarity with statistical analysis. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present findings clearly to stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and challenges. High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis and reporting. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with various departments. Experience in RGM or Category Management and FMCG a benefit. Fluent in Swedish & English, oral and written. Please submit your CV in English. As our RGM and Category Manager, you will lead the development of the Commercial and Category Strategy and Operational Excellence for your designated categories across the Nordics. You will closely collaborate with our Sales, Marketing, External Category Management, Finance and Shopper Marketing teams to shape our strategy and ensure delivery of operational excellence. Your Tasks Commercial Strategy - Develop commercial strategy to achieve revenue, profitability, and share targets. Operational Excellence - Lead OPEX implementation for your categories, enabling recommendations on range, innovation, availability, and pricing. Commercial Steering - Coordinate delivery of commercial targets and close gaps with Sales, Marketing, Shopper, and Finance teams. NSP, TTC, and Floor Price Management - Monitor NSP and TTC, ensure floor price adherence, set promotional guidelines, and improve GM and TTC efficiency. Category Strategies - Collaborate with Marketing and Global S&CM to develop long-term category strategies. Category Sell-in - Work with External Category Managers to ensure strong engagement stories and highlight operational excellence opportunities. NPD - Contribute to NPD Go-to-Market Strategy, managing distribution and pricing for new launches. Analytics & Insights - Utilize various data sources (e.g. B.One, Nielsen, IQVIA, Kantar, Shopper data) to identify commercial and category opportunities through data-driven recommendations. Your Profile Proven experience in revenue growth or category management, commercial strategy, or a related field, preferably within the FMCG/Pharmacy sector. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. A track record of driving operational excellence and achieving business results. Familiarity with the Nordic market and consumer preferences is a plus. Proficiency in software and tools for data analysis and project management. Some experience in negotiation would benefit. Fluent in Swedish & English, verbal and written. The Shopper Marketing Manager, Nordics will be responsible for developing and executing Nordic shopper marketing strategies across our brands that drives brand awareness, enhance the shopper experience, and achieve commercial objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of consumer behaviour, retail dynamics, and effective marketing tactics to engage shoppers at various touchpoints. Your Tasks Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive shopper marketing strategies that align with brand objectives and retailer goals. Identify key shopper insights and trends to inform marketing initiatives and drive engagement. Campaign Planning and Execution: Plan, execute, and evaluate shopper marketing campaigns, including in-store promotions, digital marketing, and experiential marketing. Leadership and Support: Provide support to teams on shopper marketing initiatives and best practices. Sets targets, leads and motivates employees to deliver excellent performance. Ensure that all teams are equipped with the necessary tools and resources to effectively engage shoppers. Innovation and Best Practices: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in shopper marketing. Drive innovation in shopper marketing strategies to enhance the shopper experience and improve conversion rates. Your Profile Proven experience in shopper marketing, brand management, or a related field, preferably within the Pharmacy or FMCG sector. Strong understanding of retail dynamics and shopper behaviour. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with cross functional teams. Experience in managing budgets and measuring the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
