The Abilia group has its home markets in Sweden and Norway but also has representation in the UK and Internationally. What will you be doing? Ensure the quality of Abilia’s products through monitoring and improving the quality processes throughout the Abilia supply chain from suppliers to usage of products in the field. The work includes creating and implementing quality control processes at suppliers and internally, analyzing data from suppliers, internal operations, and the field to identify trends and areas for improvement. You will work closely with other departments to ensure consistent quality across all stages of production and delivery. The role is based in Solna, Stockholm and belongs to the Operations department and reports to the Abilia group Supply Manager. Overall responsibility and position authoritySupplier quality assurance Conduct audits of suppliers to evaluate their quality management systems and quality assurance processes. Work with suppliers to improve quality and resolve non-conformities. Lead problem-solving efforts using methodologies like 8D, etc. Testing and inspections Oversee product testing and inspection, to ensure compliance with specifications. Develop and maintain testing protocols for incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods. Data analysis and reporting Analyze quality metrics and test results to identify trends and areas for improvement. Track and document defect rates, causes of failures, and corrective actions. Troubleshooting and continuous improvement Manage product quality issues in the supplier base and in internal operations. Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for quality issues and implement corrective actions. Develop and implement process improvement together with suppliers and internally to minimize quality issues and problems. Internal auditor Act as internal quality auditor. Who are you and what background are we looking for? Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field. Experience: Minimum 3-5 years' work experience within quality assurance. Competence: Strong knowledge and experience of quality tools and methods (Six Sigma, FMEA, 8D, etc.) as well as applicable quality standards (e.g. ISO 9001 or ISO13485). Proficiency: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Language: Fluent in Swedish and English in writing and verbally. As Warehouse and Production Operator at Abilia, you are responsible for effectively coordinating and monitoring warehouse and logistics activities. You play a key role in ensuring that the warehouse runs smoothly and that goods are handled correctly from receipt to delivery. Your role involves being a key link between different departments and ensuring that all processes are followed to optimize warehouse operations and orders go out on time with the right goods and quantity and orderliness is maintained. Main tasks/duties Coordinate and oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods in accordance with established procedures. Ensure all inbound and outbound deliveries are completed on time and comply with company standards. Monitor inventory levels and perform regular stock checks to maintain accurate stock records. Maintain an organized warehouse environment, ensuring all goods are properly labeled and stored in the correct locations. Collaborate closely with purchasing, logistics, and production departments to ensure a smooth and efficient flow of goods. We require that you have worked with shipping and warehouse activities before, have a truck card A/B. You should also have computer experience such as office and business systems. Position purpose statement The Product Support Specialist at Abilia is responsible for providing first- and second-line technical assistance and customer support for the company’s products. The position aims to resolve user issues efficiently, document recurring problems, and escalate complex cases to senior team members, ensuring a positive customer experience and continuous product improvement. You prioritize a workload to ensure the most critical issues are resolved first and document standard support procedures that co-workers may follow. Main tasks Main tasks included, but are not limited to: Offer technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues. Constantly provide excellent service to all our external customers and internal contacts. Manage and resolve incoming support cases by phone, email, and onsite. Document and follow up on support cases in our case management system. Perform warranty and repair matters. Contact with second and third-line support and collaborate with the development department to solve complex technical problems Conduct courses for technicians at technical aid center Provides training to other colleagues, and you have a close relationship with many of our customers. Key skills and competencies This role requires a person with deep knowledge in technical support and customer service and a deep understanding of related disciplines. The individual works independently, often solving complex problems by applying existing solutions in new ways.
