Job Summary As our Financial Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our Finance team with daily financial operations. You will ensure accuracy in financial transactions, assist in reporting, and collaborate with various departments to support overall financial efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Ensure the accuracy of sub-ledgers by working closely with the supervisor to maintain precise financial records. Oversee daily financial processing, including invoicing customers, verifying supplier and subcontractor invoices, booking transactions, reconciling accounts, and supporting office administration. Act as the “Super-user” for the sub-ledger system, gaining in-depth knowledge of all areas and ensuring efficient management. Assist in the preparation of periodic and annual financial reporting, collaborating with local finance teams to ensure compliance and accuracy. Provide essential financial data for routine reporting to support decision-making and transparency. Maintain compliance with statutory financial regulations and internal policies within the scope of responsibility. Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate financial audits and ensure adherence to reporting standards. Safeguard company assets by following defined financial guidelines and best practices. Who Are We Looking For? The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to support financial processes in a dynamic environment. You should be able to multitask effectively, work both independently and collaboratively. We are looking for someone who has a proactive approach, enjoys working with data, and possesses a keen eye for identifying different or improving financial workflows. Strong communication skills and a commitment to accuracy are essential, as you will be collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders. Qualifications: Ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English and Swedish Advanced PC and Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel. Desirable if you have training or qualification in accounting. Desirable if you have minimum of 2 years of experience in a position related to invoicing customers and office administration.
