About your role We are ready for the fourth member to join our IT Department in Stockholm! You will support our site with IT issues, troubleshoot computer problems, manage purchases, configure systems, system administration, making sure our hardware is up and running + more. Key Responsibilities Provide frontline support for IT queries and issues, assisting colleagues' organization-wide Troubleshoot and resolve client computer and software problems Manage hardware and software purchases, including installation and configuration Administer Active Directory, Office 365, and ensure network functionality Perform hardware maintenance, and troubleshoot issues Collaborate with the IT team to prioritize tasks and manage workload efficiently Current stack: PC, Mac, Linux, Windows, Office 365, Active Directory, Zendesk (although we'll migrate to JIRA and want your assistance!), iOS, Android, conference room equipment (Teams rooms) Good to knows: This is a full-time, onsite, permanent position Located in our HQ in Solna, Stockholm English is a must, Swedish is a nice-to-have Level: Junior to Mid Our products We help broadcasting companies deliver major events to YOU! Your Profile We believe you're an outgoing, self-starting and tech-savvy individual, who enjoy helping people solve their IT-issues. You probably have experience from roles like IT Support (1st and 2nd line), IT Technician or similar, where you are the go-to-person. You enjoy making an impact, forming your role, sharing ideas and taking initiatives. Skills and experience: A minimum of 2+ years of experience from a broad role as IT Technician, IT Support or similar, where you are not just collecting tickets, but solving issues on multiple devices and operation systems Broad experience installing, configuring, trouble-shooting (on Linux, Windows and MacOS) Hands-on experience from: PC, Mac, Windows, Linux, AD, and Office 365, iOS, Android, AD & Entra integrations with Linux and Mac You are used to communicating in English and if you know Swedish as well = That's a nice-to-have Bonus skills: Config management via Microsoft Intune Our culture and beliefs: At Net Insight, innovation, collaboration, and trust are the cornerstones of our success.
