The role of the Management Trainee is to provide support to the management team as well as undergo a comprehensive training program designed to develop their leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills through hands on experiences. What will you do - Responsibilities: Support Factory Finance Manager with month end closing, product cost planning, forecasting, actual reporting GSC Finance, control and analysis: Tracking actual costs and their variances vs. standards Control over the flow of cost variances through inventories and cost of sales Cost center follow-up and analysis Product Costing and Month End Closing steps to be performed at SAP Work closely with mentors and managers to gain insights into various departments, including Production, Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing Services and more Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete projects and assignments aimed at improving processes and achieving business goals Participate in training sessions, workshops, and on-the-job experiences to learn about different aspects of our organization Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility by taking on new challenges and roles as required during the training program. Elektroniktekniker Om tjänsten Utföra underhålls- och reparationsaktiviteter på produktionsmaskineriet (automationsdelen) för att förbättra prestandan och uppnå planen för nyckelprestandaindikatorer. Utför utredning på grundläggande elnivå samt automation/PLC problemlösning för att identifiera grundorsaker med ständigt fokus på ständiga förbättringar.
