Rollen – Led teknikutvecklingen framåt I rollen som Teamlead Product Development har du det övergripande ansvaret för att leda och utveckla vårt produktutvecklingsteam med 13 medarbetare i Karlstad. Du blir en central spelare i att driva både människorna och tekniken framåt – med fokus på samarbete, struktur och innovationskraft. Dina huvudsakliga ansvarsområden: Leda och coacha utvecklingsteamet i det dagliga arbetet. Säkerställa att teamet arbetar strukturerat mot gemensamma mål och deadlines. Samarbeta nära med produktägare och andra intressenter. Följa upp resultat, teamets välmående och skapa goda förutsättningar för kompetensutveckling. Bidra med din egen tekniska kompetens i viss mån – utan att förväntas vara fullt operativ utvecklare. Vem är du? Du är en kommunikativ och drivande ledare med starkt intresse för teknik och människor.
