We are looking for a student or a recently graduated individual to join our team as a Junior Data Linguist & Python Developer. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in NLP, machine learning, and cutting-edge AI technologies. You will collaborate with our engineers and data scientists to build intelligent systems, including chatbots, RAG systems, and LLM-based applications. This is an hourly-paid position with the potential to convert into a full-time role based on performance and project requirements. We have collective agreement (kollektivavtal) that ensures transparent terms and conditions for all employees. EU Citizenship is required. Fully remote within Sweden. Ability to meet deadlines. Responsible, reliable and communicative Excellent problem-solving skills. Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining NLP pipelines for chatbots, RAG systems, and LLM applications. Conduct linguistic data analysis and provide insights to improve model accuracy. Experience with graph databases/vector stores is a plus. Proficiency in Python with a focus on NLP/LLM and machine learning libraries (e.g., Llamaindex, Langchain, SpaCy, Hugging Face, NLTK, or similar). Position Summary We are seeking an exceptional AI Engineer / Backend Developer with deep expertise in artificial intelligence to join our development team. This role focuses on building and maintaining sophisticated AI-powered backend systems, with particular emphasis on conversational AI and data analytics platforms.
