We are currently seeking an Image Quality Technical Lead that has a passion for working across technical disciplines to develop and ship compelling products especially within the wearable product category. This position requires someone who has expertise working with product teams, new technology introduction teams, and implementation complex process across domains; able to work collaboratively with non-technical and technical partners, to manage system and pipeline maturation, requirements, and respective risks; and focused on the execution while providing clear and effective communication to remove barriers across the team. Responsibilities Identify process gaps across teams and come up with solution frameworks to allow the teams to implement and deliver their join solutions faster Define engineering workstream KPI’s together with cross-functional teams & drive development product toward them Identify opportunities of technology investigations and work with XFN teams and PM to prioritize efforts for product line intercept Drive development of New Technology Introductions and New Product Initiatives in order to mature development of advanced features to ensure integration readiness Work cross-functionally with other engineers, engineering managers and technical program managers to develop processes that advance the product technology pipeline Communicate processes, technology, and plans effectively at all levels (engineering to executive) to internal stakeholders and external partners Facilitate and work with teams to identify debug, and resolve technical integration challenges Support in region ramp up of RL and presence Minimum Qualifications At least 10 years of experience in camera image quality product development Experience in developing advanced camera systems with multi-function/multi-disciplinary knowledge across camera hardware, camera ISP, computational photography, and AI image processing algorithms Interpersonal communication experience. The Client Solutions Manager for Meta partners with our most strategic clients to make sure they are successful on our platforms. This is an outstanding opportunity to be at the center of some of Meta's most important commercial relationships in the Nordic region/portfolio. The Client Solutions Manager is a strategic solution-driver who puts customers at the core of everything they do. This role is responsible for building and strengthening customer relationships, providing business insights, driving revenue, advertiser education, and satisfaction through a consultative, data-driven approach. You should have a passion for Meta product, the overall marketing ecosystem, and a proven understanding of the media ecosystem. Success in this position requires demonstrated experience in consultative sales and analytical skills, a focus on client service and commercial acumen, and the capacity to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment delivering against tight deadlines. This role will be located in our Stockholm office. Client Solutions Manager Responsibilities Manage strategic marketing conversations with clients, agencies, and partners Identify, create, and implement marketing solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for our partners Responsible for educating clients on products, new solutions and best practices to drive adoption and grow existing business partnerships Use data and insights to guide strategy and implementation of Facebook solutions against client's marketing objectives Build and manage relationships with key clients, agency partners (media, creative, marketing partners, etc.) Advise on media, measurement, and creative strategy to deliver against client goals Collaboration with internal cross-functional teams and capacity to manage complex workstreams Flawless management of internal account operations (revenue delivery, media recommendations, troubleshooting issues, optimization opportunities) Be an active contributor of the regional sales team to contribute to overall team goals and development Capacity to travel as needed Minimum Qualifications 6+ years experience working directly with marketing, media and/or consulting companies. High intellectual curiosity and hunger to learn in an ambiguous environment Consistently demonstrated high level of integrity and ownership Experience working directly with/at top-tier agencies (advertising/digital/media), and/or demonstrated industry experience Exceptional communication and presentation skills at all levels of an organization or at external events Solid understanding of customer marketing funnel and traditional marketing ecosystem Experience working with Excel and delivering actionable insights Capacity to act as a consultant for partners, establishing meaningful relationships and driving clients to action Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams and with multiple layers within the organization (internally and externally). Capacity to lead multiple projects with minimal direction while maintaining a high attention to detail. Meta is looking for the highest calibre executive leader to manage Meta’s business operations across the Nordics region. The leader will spearhead the company’s strategic relationships with senior business stakeholders and decision makers internally and externally. This position would be responsible for shaping and executing Meta’s Nordics go-to-market sales strategy, ensuring operational and commercial excellence, building key internal partnerships with Product and other functions, and leading key strategic initiatives for our advertisers. As such, they would be charged with building a highly effective, data-driven, operationally-rigorous sales organisation that is positioned to deliver efficient growth as the business scales at a rapid rate. The role reports to the Regional Director, Northern Europe and will be based in our Stockholm office. Nordics Country Director Responsibilities Lead the Nordics business, deliver against aggressive targets while building excellent operational rigour, systems and build a high performance growth culture Represent Meta Nordics externally across a diverse range of strategic interests and matters Build and maintain long term strategic C-level relationships with our clients, partners, as well as other key decision makers Drive the highest levels of client service through a culture of client centricity and ensure that our clients and partners trust Meta as their most trusted and valued business partner, particularly focusing on delivering business results for them Develop, retain and motivate existing talent while continually raising the bar for performance, growth and capabilities.
