About the role Current Group Business Control Team consists of two full-time employees: Head of Group Business Control and a Group Business Controller. As Head of Group Business Control, you will play a key role in steering the organization through data-driven insights and strategic financial management. Your mission is to enable and track KPIs, ensuring alignment with the group’s strategic goals while driving change towards a more data-centric business environment. You will act as a business partner to Nordic Management teams and local Managing Directors, providing them with the financial insights and strategic guidance needed to optimize performance. By continuously developing and streamlining processes and systems, you will enhance operational efficiency and contribute to the growth and profitability of the group. Your role will also involve budgeting, forecasting, and business planning, ensuring the organization remains agile and forward-looking. Staying ahead of SaaS industry trends, you will integrate best practices into the financial operations of the company. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating and presenting financial analyses to the group management and other stakeholders, as well as conducting ad-hoc analyses to support key business decisions. Core Responsibilities Lead and develop the Group Business Control function, managing one Group Business Controller. Track and analyze KPIs to ensure alignment with strategic goals. Drive a data-driven business environment, improving decision-making and efficiency. Act as a business partner to Nordic Management teams and Country Managers, providing financial insights and support. Optimize and streamline financial processes and systems to enhance group performance. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and business planning to support sustainable growth. Stay ahead of SaaS industry trends, incorporating best practices in controlling and reporting. Deliver financial analyses and presentations to leadership and key stakeholders. Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support strategic decision-making. Collaborate cross-functionally to drive financial transparency and efficiency. Qualifications In this leadership role, you will work closely with our senior management team, requiring prior experience in business controlling to quickly grasp our processes and drive results. We are looking for someone who can take ownership from and proactively lead improvements in a fast-paced environment.Therefore we believe you have: Poven experience as a Business Controller or in a similar role, preferably in the SaaS or tech industry. Strong knowledge of financial data analysis, budgeting, and performance metrics. Familiarity with the SaaS business model, including its unique financial and operational challenges. Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, vlookups, and financial modeling. Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is required. Proficiency in Dutch and/or Swedish is a valuable addition. We work with HubSpot, Power BI, HiBob, Bright Analytics, and FP&A tools. We see it as preferred but not required to have previous experience with these tools. Din roll I rollen som Customer Success Manager (CSM) på Assessio agerar du rådgivare åt våra kunder och hjälper dem att få ut mesta möjliga värde av våra tester och vår plattform. I arbetsuppgifterna ingår bland annat att hjälpa våra kunder designa och förbättra rekryterings- och utvecklingsprocesser, en förutsättning för det är att du är nyfiken och arbetar för att verkligen förstå kundens behov och vilket värde vi kan realisera hos dem. Vi arbetar med våra kunder under hela kundresan från onboarding till förnyelse och expansion som konsultativa experter och betrodda rådgivare. Vår dialog är driven av affärsmässighet, vi vill gärna bidra med vår kunskap kring både rättvis rekrytering, arbetspsykologi och ROI inom rekryteringsprocesser. Du genomför workshops, finns som stöd vid frågor och analyserar kunddata för bästa produktanvändning och kundnöjdhet.
