Your Mission As HR Business Partner at Picadeli, you will be at the heart of shaping our workplace culture, playing a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations across our markets. From handling HR administration in our HR System to supporting day-to-day HR inquiries, you’ll work closely with both managers and employees to create an engaging and well-organized work environment. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting managers and employees with HR-related matters and fostering a positive working environment. You will be the go-to person for employees in any employment related questions. Overseeing all types of HR administration, including policies, manuals, salary mapping and reviews, as well as work environment and labour law compliance for Sweden and HQ. Managing and improving our HR system and processes, and train users in the different tools. Drive culture-strengthening activities to ensure we keep our workplace engaging and inspiring. You’ll be part of a forward-thinking HR team and can make a direct impact on our culture, helping us grow and evolve as a company. This role includes occasional traveling, both domestic and international. The position is based at our HQ in Gothenburg, and you will report to the CHRO. Who we are looking for To thrive in this role, you need to have a genuine passion for people and enjoy an operative role, working close to the business. You should also be confident with HR tech – you’ll be our digital expert! Further, we think that you have: A Bachelor’s degree in HR and at least a couple of years experience in a HR-generalist role, preferably from a multi-national environment. Experience of working with HR-systems and genuinely enjoy doing so (you will be our digital expert working proficiently in several systems) Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to build relationships at all levels. Fluency in Swedish and English (our corporate language) with the ability to engage with our international teams. Picadeli is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Planner (Summer Temp) to join our team from June to August. This is your chance to work directly from our HQ in Gothenburg, ensuring the smooth replenishment of fresh products to customers worldwide. Job Overview: Supply chain and replenishment is the backbone of our business and key to delivering real fresh products with short shelf life to our customers around the globe. As a Supply Chain Planner atPicadeli, you will be responsible for the replenishment of a defined number of suppliers and the main contact for a focus market. You will secure sufficient stock levels of assigned products to realize the full sales potential. This is a temporary position for the Summer 2025 period,from June to August.You will work regular office hours and be based at Picadeli's HQ in Gothenburg, where there are good connections with public transport. Main Responsibilities: You will be responsible for the replenishment of defined suppliers/categories for each market, including forecasting, ordering, transport bookings, delivery control, and daily contact with suppliers, logistic providers, and markets. You monitor and align forecasts and stock levels for relevant products, act as the first point of contact for supply and planning-related issues, and control and investigate possible shortages daily. Additionally, you will manage the opening and closing of articles in the web shop, control deviations of invoices via e-attest, and share responsibility for block/waste lists and alert handling. Qualifications: To succeed in this role we think that you are in your first year of logistics or supply chain studies. you areanalytical with a structured way of working andexcellent communication skill.Further, you have a strong problem-solving approach with a sense of urgency and possess a good understanding of IT systems.The role requires you to befluent in both English and Swedish, spoken and written.
