In this role, you'll lead development efforts, collaborate across teams, and ensure our app is innovative, reliable, and user-friendly. As our Lead Mobile App Developer, you’ll do more than write code — you’ll help shape the future of our product. You’ll contribute to technical strategy, drive decision-making, and champion best practices in mobile development. From building features that delight users to optimizing performance and scalability, you’ll play a key role in delivering a top-tier experience. What You’ll Do Lead the technical design, development, and maintenance of our cross-platform mobile app Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences Write clean, scalable, and testable code with a focus on long-term maintainability Define and uphold development standards, including CI/CD practices and testing strategies Monitor app performance and work with our Solution Quality Engineer to improve observability, collect user feedback, and continuously improve the product Be a mentor and coach to the other team members and help create a strong, collaborative engineering culture About You You’re a seasoned mobile app developer with a strong product mindset and leadership experience. About the role To help us improve system reliability, streamline technical processes, and enhance collaboration between teams, we are looking for a Solution Quality Engineer to join our team. In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of engineering, product, and operations—proactively identifying technical solutions, automating workflows, and ensuring seamless troubleshooting and issue resolution. As our Solution Quality Engineer, you’ll take ownership of technical triage, automation initiatives, and knowledge-sharing efforts. One of your main missions will be to take on support issues that needs further technical knowledge from our support team. You will work closely with DevOps, SREs, and product teams to improve monitoring, logging, and alerting while continuously driving efficiency improvements across our technical support processes.
