We are looking for a talented iOS developer to join Flightradar24 to help us build the future of flight tracking. You will play an important role in our mobile team, implementing new features, improving performance and modernizing our codebase. Above all, your work will impact the way millions of users experience Flightradar24 every day. Note that this position requires that you are able to work in Stockholm, Sweden. Relocation is not offered for this role. What you’ll do Work alongside a team of iOS and Android developers Collaborate with the mobile team, including developers, designers, QA and our product owner, to find end-to-end solutions to important problems and features Contribute to development of features, refactoring and modernizing our app, and maintaining a high-quality codebase Deliver modern, testable and maintainable code adhering to best practices in iOS development Add to, and enhance, our comprehensive automated test suite Participate in knowledge sharing with the other developers in the team Coordinate releases of our iOS app, rotated within the team on a regular cycle Who you are You have at least 4 years of professional iOS app development experience, preferably on apps with a large user base You have experience working with Swift You have strong experience with UIKit and SwiftUI You care about quality and know what it means to ship high-quality code You are passionate about iOS development and have an eagerness to learn You have strong experience with writing automated tests - including unit and snapshot tests You have prior experience with CI/CD tools You have strong attention to detail You have strong written and spoken English You have prior experience with Google Firebase, MapKit and/or StoreKit (desirable) About Flightradar24 Flightradar24 is the leading flight tracking and aviation data provider, leveraging the world’s largest ADS-B network. We are looking for a talented and experienced Javascript/Typescript Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Vue.js development, with knowledge in WebGL, performance optimisation, and SEO best practices. Additionally, experience with PHP is desirable to support back-end integration tasks. You will work closely with our design, product, and web back-end teams to build interactive and high-performing web applications that deliver a seamless user experience. What you’ll do Develop and maintain front-end applications using Vue.js, ensuring clean, scalable, and maintainable code. Create immersive, interactive 3D experiences using WebGL frameworks (e.g., Deck.gl). Optimise web applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring smooth performance across devices. Implement SEO best practices, including meta tag optimisation, structured data, and server-side rendering (SSR) where necessary. Collaborate with web back-end developers to integrate PHP-based APIs and services, ensuring seamless communication between front-end and back-end systems. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems to enhance performance and functionality. Work closely with UI/UX designers to translate design prototypes into responsive, user-friendly interfaces. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in web development, WebGL, SEO, and Vue.js ecosystem. Who you are At least 4 years of experience with Javascript/Typescript Strong proficiency in Vue.js Experience with WebGL frameworks (e.g., Deck.gl): Ability to create interactive 3D graphics and animations. Solid understanding of SEO principles: Knowledge of on-page SEO, structured data, and SSR for JavaScript frameworks. Web performance optimisation skills: Experience with code-splitting, lazy loading, caching, and reducing load times. Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools (e.g., Webpack, Vite). Experience with testing and familiarity with unit testing frameworks such as Jest and Vitest Good understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in an agile environment. Flightradar24 is looking for a skilled Test Automation Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing automated test cases for our products . The candidate must have experience working with automation of APIs (REST and gRPC), Backend Testing and the ability to work with cross-platform teams to set up CI/CD pipelines. The candidate must also be able to work independently and identify opportunities for automated testing improvements across teams. What you’ll do Test Automation & Framework Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated test frameworks. Implement robust automated scripts for functional and regression testing of APIs and Webservices. API Automation & Performance Testing: Create and execute test strategies, plans, and cases to ensure high-quality releases of APIs. Conduct performance and load tests, analyze results, and communicate findings effectively. We’re now looking for a talented and driven Systems Engineer who is well versed in system administration, modern private cloud, and automation. We are investing into an open-”hybrid multi-cloud” platform and we want to own, operate and develop our own infrastructure. With big focus on OpenStack and Kubernetes. In our new on-prem platforms we are also using fully flexed L3 fabrics with BGP as the underlying routing protocol.
