Now, we are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join our Business Intelligence (BI) team! The role As a Senior Data Engineer, you will design, build, and maintain a scalable, high-performance data platform that supports enterprise-wide analytics and decision-making. You will develop and optimize data pipelines, integrations, and models to ensure that data is accurate, accessible, and structured for business insights. Operating within a large-scale enterprise environment, you will help shape our lakehouse architecture using Databricks, ensuring it meets both current and future business needs. Beyond technical execution, you will partner with Business Analysts, fellow Data Engineers, and stakeholders to structure data for analytics and reporting. You will also mentor team members, fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing and best practices. What you will do: Design, develop, and optimize scalable data pipelines for efficient extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL/ELT). Architect and enhance our lakehouse architecture using Databricks, ensuring flexibility, scalability, and performance. Ensure data quality, governance, and security, implementing best practices for monitoring, validation, and compliance. Optimize data performance and cost-efficiency, tuning queries, storage, and compute resources for enterprise-scale workloads. Standardize and automate data integration across multiple internal and external sources, ensuring seamless interoperability. Several years of experience in data engineering, working with large-scale data platforms in an enterprise setting. Strong SQL and Python skills, optimizing queries and processing large datasets. Hands-on experience with cloud-based platforms like Azure, Databricks, or similar. Deep knowledge of ETL/ELT processes using Apache Airflow, dbt, or Azure Data Factory. Understanding of lakehouse architectures, including Delta Lake and Medallion principles. Experience in data modeling, performance tuning, and data governance for reliability and scalability. We are now looking for an Application Specialist within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) to join our ERP team. Let us tell you more about the role! As our Application Specialist you will take ownership of implementation and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Online for 37 companies within our group. Together with our team of specialists within BC and Exflow, you will work with both standardized BC solutions and our proprietary product ARC, a fully web-based system built on the Dynamics platform designed specifically for automotive import and distribution. You will collaborate across departments within Hedin IT to support the business, ensuring our systems are optimized to meet operational needs. You will take initiative to identify opportunities for improvement that align with the group’s overall goals. By streamlining workflows and processes, you will contribute to both cost-efficiency and operational optimization. Acting as the key link between internal stakeholders and external partners, e.g. providers like Exflow and InExchange, to ensure optimal system functionality and development. Your responsibility will entail: Take full ownership of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, shaping its development and optimization across 37 companies. Analyze business needs and set the direction for system improvements that drive efficiency and scalability. Be the go-to expert, advising stakeholders and collaborating with external partners to ensure seamless functionality. Optimize workflows and processes to improve overall functionality. Providing training and support for key users and decision-makers. Continuously enhance integrations and system capabilities, making a lasting impact on our BC environment. Who are you? We believe you thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple ongoing projects. You are highly organized, with strong prioritization and communication skills, and enjoy collaborating across teams to drive improvements. To succeed in this role, you likely have: Solid experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC, including broad functional knowledge of the system. A background in roles such as Application Specialist, Consultant, or Business Developer within NAV/BC, ideally with exposure to supply chain, logistics, or warehouse management. Experience in configuring and setting up new companies within the system. A structured and analytical mindset, with an eye for optimizing business processes and enhancing system functionality.
