Ideal for someone in the final year of their HR studies or early in their career looking to grow and gain hands-on experience in both office and people operations. Location: Uppsala, Sweden What you'll do: Coordinate recruitment processes: post job ads, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage contacts with recruitment partners. Keep our office running smoothly — from making sure there is coffee and fruit to handling accesses and managing contacts with maintenance partners. Be the go-to contact for what the team needs help with (packages, orders etc) Plan and organize team events. What we're looking for: Strong written and spoken English skills. Available to work part-time. Can be on site at our office in Uppsala. A self-driven problem solver who is curious and resourceful. Nice to have: Some experience within recruitment or HR. Familiarity with startup culture or fast-paced environments.

We are now looking for a Microwave Application Engineer to join our team in Uppsala, Sweden. As a Microwave Application Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the development and optimization of microwave plasma systems. You will be involved in simulations, hands-on testing, supplier collaborations, and scaling microwave power solutions for our technology. Responsibilities Conduct HFSS & RF simulations and analyze microwave-plasma interactions. Work with suppliers and academic partners to optimize microwave and electric field properties. Prepare technical documentation to support supplier discussions and project planning. Contribute to microwave power scaling efforts in our systems. Participate in hands-on experimental testing of microwave plasma setups. Qualifications Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics, or similar). Theoretical understanding of microwave-based plasma and electrical discharges. High proficiency in electromagnetics and high voltage energy systems. Ideally 5+ years of R&D experience Experience with microwave systems and with testing of microwave plasma experimental set-ups. Proficient in HFSS and RF simulation tools.
