Senior Sales Operations Specialist Location: Stockholm, Sweden. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the full sales operation cycle within the assigned region, including order processing, logistics coordination, invoicing, and payment tracking. Ensure strict alignment with HQ compliance protocols while tailoring andimplementing region-specific operational guidelines and SOPs. Drive accuracy in sales forecasting by coordinating across departments (sales, delivery, finance, etc.) and supporting timely and reliable delivery of solutions to customers. Conduct regular performance and risk analyses based on sales targets; provideactionable insights and data-driven recommendations to local country leads andsales teams. Build and scale the capabilities of the local sales operations team in alignment with business needs and growth strategies. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or above. Background in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a sharp business acumen and attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset and ability to work cross-functionally. High level of accountability, results-driven attitude, and resilience under pressure. Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese; Swedish language skills are a strong plus.
