About this role : YunExpress Nordic is now looking for two experienced warehouse workers in Malmö. The daily work is primarily about working with order picking both with and without forklift, material filling, unloading and loading trucks, and team management. We're looking for someone who : Is self-motivated – Takes initiative, spots warehouse issues, and suggests improvements. Has strong team coordination skills – Can manage a team of 50+ and thrive in a multicultural workplace. Keeps things running smoothly & loves to learn – Connects projects seamlessly and stays open to learning. Has the right skills – A forklift license & B-license are required. Is tech-savvy & a good communicator – Solid computer skills, plus good English (spoken & written). Warehouse experience- Even better! – Previous experience is a plus. No visa requirement. Warehouse Operator Contract Type: Fixed-Term Contract (10 Months) We are currently seeking flexible Warehouse Operator to join our team! About the Role: As a Warehouse operator. you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including: Coordinating inbound and outbound shipments Operation Scanning Packets (scanning and processing incoming packages) Conduct quality inspections of returned products according to SOP guidelines. Ensure packaging standards are followed Record inspection results accurately in the system Communicate any issues or discrepancies with relevant departments Schedule: Day Shift: 09:00 – 16:30 Evening Shift: 16:30 – 21:30 (Shift schedule may vary depending on workload.) Requirements: Prefer to having work experience in packaging, organising clothing and cleaning service etc. Have work permit/visa (working visa is not sponsored for this position) Good English proficiency (the system interface is in English) Have a patient attitude to do repetitive work and pay attention to details Have team spirits, organized and self-disciplined.
