Role Summary We are looking for an experienced educator (minimum of 20 years of experience) who can contribute as a Research Assistant and Content Developer to train our AI Model. The role involves writing lecture transcripts in both English and Urdu for students in Grades 1–9, covering a wide range of subjects. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the AI training team to develop high-quality, curriculum-aligned lecture transcripts. Write clear, age-appropriate, and pedagogically sound educational content in both English and Urdu. Structure content across subjects of Mathematics, Science, English, and Urdu. Ensure linguistic accuracy and cultural appropriateness for both languages. Annotate and format the content for AI model training purposes. Work closely with machine learning engineers to support the optimization of AI language understanding. Review and refine AI-generated outputs for consistency and correctness. Participate in occasional research meetings and share feedback on content development strategies. Qualifications Master’s degree in Education, Linguistics, English, Urdu, or a relevant subject. Minimum of 20 years of teaching experience, preferably across multiple grade levels (1–9). Strong written proficiency in both English and Urdu; native or professional fluency in both is required. Experience in creating educational content, lesson plans, or academic transcripts. Familiarity with school curricula (e.g., Cambridge, IB, etc). Ability to understand the learning needs of children aged 6–15. Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality writing standards. Comfort with basic digital tools such as Google Docs, spreadsheets, and content annotation platforms. Preferred Skills Background in EdTech, curriculum design, or language education. Experience with AI, NLP, or machine learning projects (training data or annotation). Translation experience between English and Urdu.
