Key Responsibilities: Develop, test, and maintain Android applications for smartphones and tablets. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver new features. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices. Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability. Fix bugs and improve application performance based on user feedback and analytics. Participate in code reviews and contribute to the team’s coding standards. Stay up-to-date with the latest Android development trends, tools, and technologies. Work with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries/integrations. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience in Android app development using Java and/or Kotlin. Familiarity with Android SDK, Android Studio, and build tools (Gradle). Experience with REST APIs and JSON parsing. Understanding of mobile UI/UX best practices. Knowledge of offline storage, threading, and performance tuning. Familiarity with version control tools like Git. Experience with testing frameworks (JUnit, Espresso). Good problem-solving and communication skills. Experience with Xcode, iOS SDK, and Apple Human Interface Guidelines. Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and network programming. Knowledge of Core Data, SQLite, or other local data storage solutions. Experience with Git or other version control systems.
