As we continue to grow and make an impact, we’re now seeking a Marketing Manager to execute a diverse range of marketing campaigns. This role will focus on creating, managing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing efforts to support business growth and expand Dosetest’s reach. What You’ll Do: Manage multi-channel marketing campaigns: Oversee offline advertising efforts, including conference sponsorships, and online campaigns targeting both B2B and consumer audiences. Execute creative campaigns: Develop marketing materials, such as advertisements and other assets, tailored to specific audiences and campaign goals. Plan and manage B2B marketing efforts: Design and execute strategies to engage businesses, agencies, and other partners through impactful campaigns and initiatives. Oversee consumer-facing campaigns: Create targeted online marketing initiatives to build awareness and drive customer acquisition. Analyze and report campaign performance: Track metrics, evaluate success, and refine strategies to improve outcomes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work with sales, operations, and external partners to ensure cohesive messaging and campaign execution. Core Responsibilities: Campaign management: Plan, launch, and optimize offline and online marketing initiatives to achieve measurable results. Creative oversight: Coordinate the development of creative materials, including ad concepts, presentations, and event sponsorship assets. Performance tracking: Monitor campaign KPIs and use data-driven insights to refine and enhance marketing strategies. As we continue to grow and make an impact, we’re now seeking dedicated individuals to join us as Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in driving our sales efforts by conducting sales calls, engaging directly with clients, and supporting our Sales Manager in expanding our market presence. What You’ll Do: Conduct Sales Calls: Engage with diverse clients, including non-profits, hospitals, and county agencies, to introduce and promote our products. Manage the Sales Process: Handle the entire sales cycle from initial outreach to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and effective process. Build Client Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and tailoring solutions accordingly. Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals. Prepare Sales Materials: Create and organize presentations, proposals, and other sales-related documents to support sales activities. Coordinate Sales Meetings: Schedule and organize meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to ensure timely and professional interactions with clients. Analyze Sales Data: Assist in analyzing sales metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Handle Administrative Tasks: Manage schedules, process orders, and perform other administrative duties to support the sales team. Inventory Coordination: Collaborate with the operations team to manage product availability and distribution in alignment with sales demands. Performance Tracking: Monitor sales metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), providing updates and insights to the Sales Manager. You’ll be involved in everything from daily workflows and logistics to coordinating cross-functional projects that move the company forward. Support customer success initiatives by resolving issues and improving service workflows. Collaborate with the sales team and provide operational support for ongoing initiatives.
