We are seeking an ambitious and collaborative Technical Sales Manager who is passionate about driving growth in emerging technologies. The role We are looking for a Technical Sales Manager to join our team and help drive the commercial growth of our quantum sensing technologies. In this role, you will take the lead on shaping and executing our go-to-market efforts, building strong relationships with customers and partners, and identifying new business opportunities across key industries. You will be working at the intersection of advanced science and real-world application, navigating technically complex offerings and translating them into clear value for our clients. From early engagement through to deal closure and beyond, you will manage full sales cycles, supported by a collaborative, cross-functional team that includes technical experts. This is an exciting opportunity to help lay the foundations for a deep-tech company, where your contribution will have a direct impact on the direction of our technical roadmap and portfolio expansion. Responsibilities Leading the end-to-end commercialization process of complex technologies, including customer case discovery, closing pilot programs agreements, refining our go-to-market (GTM) strategy, facilitating and aiding product launches and delivery. Develop and execute market analysis, customer segmentation, and the identification of strategic commercial opportunities to drive AdamantQ’s GTM strategy. Building and maintaining relationships on behalf of AdamantQ with potential customers and partners in various industries. Driving sales efforts to achieve commercial revenue targets and market-traction objectives. Work in a data-driven and analytical environment to continuously improve processes and strategies. Collaborate and help contribute to the continuous development of AdamantQ’s overall business strategy and sales/marketing-based operations. Assist with the planning and execution of external corporate communication strategies for shareholders, customers, and the public. Responsible for end-to-end supply chain management, including handling sales and purchase orders, vendor coordination, RMA cases, and optimizing logistics and shipping processes. Required profile  AdamantQ is looking for a structured, curious, and collaborative individual with an interest in quantum technology and wants to be part of shaping its growth. You might be a great fit for this role if you have experience driving commercial or strategic initiatives — especially in settings where technology is new, complex and evolving. Proven track record in business development within the tech industry, with particular merit given to experience in the deep-tech sector. Strong understanding of technology trends and a proactive approach to driving innovation and staying ahead in a rapidly evolving market. Excellent communication skills combined with a customer-oriented mindset - able to engage effectively with both decision-makers and operational teams. Strong conceptual thinking paired with a clear focus on delivering measurable results. An advanced degree in Finance, Engineering, Science, Computer Science, or another relevant field. Minimum of 5 years experience in sales and account management, with demonstrated success in managing and closing complex deals. Natural self-starter with a can-do attitude, ambitious drive, and an entrepreneurial spirit that thrives in dynamic environments. Strong ability to quickly grasp and integrate new technical concepts, applying them effectively in client discussions, written materials, and strategic proposals. Effective communication skills and can communicate complex information with clarity and confidence, tailoring your message to suit different audiences and contexts, both in writing and verbally. Willingness and ability to travel as required to meet business needs. Excellent working proficiency and communication skills in English. Proficiency in Swedish is advantageous. Ability to demonstrate flexibility in working hours when necessary to meet business demands. Excel in a role with a high degree of independence and accountability. Starting date:  Q3 2025 or according to agreement Salary Range: 4500-6500 EUR. We have two open vacancies for Process Engineer positions and are looking to hire at two different levels of seniority for this growing team. We are looking for process engineers with extensive experience in clean-room laboratory management and process development for microelectronics fabrication and assembly. The role As a Process Engineer at AdamantQ, your main responsibilities lie in the development and implementation for diamond-substrate based microfabrication processes and its assembly within electronic chip carriers. Our components rely on the meticulous electronic control of spin systems in artificial diamonds. You will work with the configuration, installation, and management of our deposition, assembly, and testing lines, for scalable micron-electrode fabrication and chip-carrier bonding and assembly. The role will involve working within a multi-disciplinary team, with a broad skills base and wide range of technical backgrounds, to tackle the challenges of industrialising quantum sensor components for real commercial impact. The role presents significant opportunities for personal development and immediate contribution, as it builds technical planning and execution proficiency and insight to help shape our manufacturing and scaling strategies. General Responsibilities Develop, execute, and manage, clean-room-based electrode deposition, assembly, and bonding processes for irregular and non-wafer-based material substrates. Investigate and implement fabrication strategies for optimising yield and process scaling. Support and implementing DC/RF testing routines for micron-scale electronic circuitry. Implement best-practice internal technical documentation and archiving of process and manufacturing development. Coordinating and collaborate with external partners to execute fabrication goals and meet deadlines. Develop an in-depth knowledge of a wide variety of semiconductor manufacturing processes. Develop, maintain and improve production processes. Ensure high levels of tool availability by effective process and tool control strategies. Analyze, interpret, and respond to measured product data in a timely fashion. Work closely with the Product Engineering and R&D teams for new product introduction. Assist with fault finding and recovery of process tools and assist with developing improved tooling and tool support strategies. Work within a cleanroom environment. Work with various computer software packages including specialist or bespoke computer systems. Adhere to all site safety and environmental procedures. For senior applicants, further responsibilities would include: Apply Lean techniques to improve process outcomes and tool performance. Manage existing equipment and take charge of sourcing, procurement, and installation. Analysis of tool and process data with continuous improvement based on SPC and 6-sigma principles. Be able to push and manage other process-development projects as required. Equipment cross-qualification to ensure continuity of supply and to improve component assembly capacity and reduced production cycle time. Provide best-practice training. The role As a Hardware Engineer at AdamantQ, your main responsibilities lie in the development and optimisation of both our component architectures, and our assembly and testing procedures. You are continuously looking for new approaches and solutions to ensure our systems function reliably in a variety of environments, while finding ways to decrease their size and power consumption without sacrificing their performance and robustness. Our guiding principle is to constantly improve the SWaPC characteristics (Size, Weight and Performance, and Cost) for all our components, while tailoring performance to our customer requirements. Our systems are primarily integrated electronic devices which rely on the meticulous electronic control of spin systems in artificial diamonds. The role will involve working within a multi-disciplinary team, with a broad skills base and wide range of technical backgrounds, to tackle the challenges of industrialising quantum sensor components for real commercial impact. It is anticipated that the candidate has the drive and potential to evolve into a team-lead, as they build proficiency and generate technical insight to help shape our product portfolio and roadmap. Responsibilities Designing & Prototyping: low-noise analog and digital circuits, antennas, PCB and casing assemblies. Integration & Testing: Troubleshoot electronic component performance, conduct failure analyses, and propose design improvements. Process & Quality Optimization: Investigate and implement QA and failure analyses strategies for optimizing scaling of device assembly.
