Advanced Simulation Software Developer Digital Products Engineering is responsible for SKF’s portfolio of engineering and simulation software. We work closely with product development, research, application engineering, and customers worldwide to push the boundaries of bearing simulation. In our Gothenburg-based team, you will contribute to the development of Beast (BEAring Simulation Tool) — SKF’s most advanced simulation platform, used for analysis and prediction of bearing application performance. In this role, you will have the opportunity to build a strong foundation in material investigations. As your experience grows, you will develop expertise in material classification, root cause analysis, and advanced analytical techniques — with the potential to evolve into a more consultative role and contribute broadly across the organization. You will be part of a skilled and supportive team of nine colleagues based in Gothenburg. While your daily work is locally rooted, you will also engage with Global SKF Laboratories, fostering knowledge exchange and alignment of practices across international teams.
