All about the role: As software is playing an increasingly significant role in enabling digital consumer experiences, we are gearing up to become more agile, faster in responding to user and market demands and quicker in identifying new market opportunities. This involves elevating our appliances to digital, software-defined products in a seamless integration of modular electronics, software, and connectivity platform. The foundational layers to enable this future is connectivity, processing power, memory, operating systems and common enablers. We're looking for a Product Manager Electronics to join us on our journey. What you'll do: You will work alongside highly skilled engineers in a cross-functional product team, and with other Product, Engineering & Design Managers from other domains, to create and continuously evolve our next generation modular platform which will enable advanced experiences in next-generation appliances. In detail, you will: · Define, drive, and communicate product strategy, roadmap and OKRs, that align with business objectives and customer needs, of both hardware and software · Be part of shaping our platform strategy regarding sourcing, cost points etc · Understand markets dynamics, industry trends, manufacturing and developer circumstances · Translate insights into actionable product requirements, hardware and software, and together with the team, prepare user stories and their acceptance criteria · Set appropriate expectations towards stakeholders, and ensure the team has the right level of support to build and iterate towards objectives · Prioritize the product backlog, supported by analytics, performance, unit economy, and other insights increasing its value · Continuously improve the progress of the product and of the team · Collaborate with the team and engineering counterpart for alignment and execution Who you are: · A Product Manager with 10+ years of experience from physical products with embedded software · Excellent collaborator with strong stakeholder management skills · Strong communicator with experience in managing multi cultural, multi site teams · Strong skills in change management handling complex organizations · Experiences from integrating Agile WoW combines with Electronics manucafturing · Experienced with Agile frameworks and practices incl. the OKR framework · Experienced in data-driven decision making, using analytics and customer feedback to drive product improvements · Hands on attitude, working for the team in the different Scrum events You demonstrate: · Proactivity - eager to learn and grow, sees challenges as opportunities, seeks and - is responsive to - feedback. · Empathy - can understand and acknowledge the emotions and perspectives of others during conversations. Therefore, the Consumer Direct Interaction - Experience Organization (CDI XO) team is looking for a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Expert All about the role: As our growth hacker, you will optimize the shopper journeys on our Brand websites with the goal to maximize conversion opportunities. You will analyse the Digital Commerce funnel, find, test and evaluate different conversion growth hypothesis, run performance reports and root cause analysis. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing our digital commerce performances working closely together with the marketing team and sales teams both on a HQ and country level. What you'll do: Management and execution of conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies to continuously build and improve key metrics on our brand websites for the Digital Commerce journey & Products. Definition, execution and reporting on A/B and multivariate testing and continuous improvements of the program. Establishment of goals and creation of reports to track progress and evaluate test results, analyse efficiencies, and modify strategies based on outcomes. Analysis of the digital commerce funnel performance on brand websites, identifying incremental opportunities for enhancement, and translating them into inputs for business KPI improvement. Regular communication and translation of data-driven test results into actionable insights to product owners and other senior stakeholders, aligning the tests to our overall strategy and goals. Coordinate external agencies and collaborate withD2C, Marketing and other cross functional teams to optimize the Consumer journey and continually measure its performances to maximize sales. Participate in all stages of the digital product development cycle: support the team with relevant analysis (GA4, ContenSquare, Clarabridge), taking part in concept development and contribute formulating requirements and suggesting improvements. Establish CRO and experimentation best practices, communicate them across other Business Areas for a consistent approach to conversion optimization globally. Who you are: You keep the consumer top of mind, bringing an outside-in perspective You are Data-driven and fluent in data analysis and user research You are a good communicator and you can simplify complex ideas translating them into useful insights for a variety of audience groups University degree (Marketing/Communication/Business related studies) Preferred 3+ years in CRO, web strategy, digital marketing, marketing or similar Skilled in Project management You understand data analytics and behavioural tools (i.e. Google Analytics,Adobe Analytics, ContentSquare) as well as experimentation testing tools (we currently use Optimizely) You're familiar with user-centered design principles, UX Design best practices, trends and emerging technologies Understanding of HTML, CSS, JS is a plus Where you'll be: This is a full-time position, based at our Global Headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden. All about the role: We are currently seeking a Product Owner to join our central e-commerce team in the Business Area Europe APACMEA . The core focus of this team is to develop and leverage new routes to market, delivering profitable growth for Electrolux. As a Product Owner, your mission will be to execute our D2C E-commerce vision within Business Area Europe APACMEA , with the primary objective of enhancing the consumer experience and driving online sales growth across all our product categories. What you'll do: Electrolux has an ambitious D2C growth strategy which includes utilising Marketplaces as a platform for E-commerce. Marketplaces is an area with a lot of growth potential in both Europe and Asia. The role is located within a new cross functional product organisation working according to agile principles with a dedicated engineering team. The Product owner is responsible for evaluating product opportunities and defining products to be built. The key challenge is to efficiently utilise the available resources to bring as much commercial success as possible within the product area. The Product Owner will have end-to-end ownership of the entire value chain from ideation to release and lifecycle management. Therefore, it is important to have a broad skill base that covers both technical and commercial understanding. Communication and coordination skills are key as this is a central role with many different stakeholders who need to go in the same direction to be successful. Marketplaces is a new and expanding commercial area for Electrolux. This means that the PO will be given the chance to shape the ways of working and build a foundation that enables the commercial success in marketplaces. To be adaptable and have a flexible mindset is important, as is to be driven and goal oriented.
