As the Head of P & C, you will contribute to realizing Volvo Trucks’ strategy and become a true business partner with a focus on people to achieve business goals. Key Responsibilities: Develop and lead the implementation of Volvo Trucks People & Culture objectives, strategies, programs, processes, and policies. Support the development of a business culture with high ethical standards in line with Volvo Trucks values, standards, and principles. Advise, challenge, and support Volvo Trucks senior management on People & Culture related matters. Guide, coach, and develop the People & Culture community in Volvo Trucks. Develop and implement compensation practices to support business needs, consistent with Volvo Group policies. Support the work with improving high engagement in Volvo Trucks. Contribute to the sustainability work at Volvo Trucks with a focus on the human and people-oriented areas in the sustainability strategy. Take the lead in workforce planning to secure the short- and long-term competencies needed for Volvo Trucks. This includes attracting and retaining competencies needed to deliver business success short and long term. It is considered a merit if you have knowledge of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), functional safety standards, particularly ISO 26262, and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
