We are a friendly and supportive team, and an excellent sounding board for certification and regulatory questions.  We are now looking for a CO₂ Regulation Specialist to join us.  What You Will Do  As a CO₂ Regulation Specialist, you will safeguarde that Volvo’s products remain compliant with applicable regulations over time. You will support Volvo’s mission, “Driving prosperity through transport and infrastructure solutions,” by ensuring that the company honors the intention of the law while developing safe, efficient, and environmentally responsible products.  You will act as the certification and compliance expert in EU CO₂ emissions and fuel-consumption regulations and be an active member of the Powertrain Interpretation Forum. You will interpret regulations, define and document regulatory requirements for driveline components and systems, covering both battery-electric and internal-combustion-engine vehicles, as well as future powertrain technologies.   An important part of the role will be communicating new and changing regulatory requirements across the Powertrain organization.
