We are looking for a Technical Product Owner to join our Center of Expertise High Pressure Homogenization team in Lund. This is a senior role for someone who combines strong technical expertise with leadership, ownership and a passion for continuous improvement. You will be responsible for the technical direction of a global product portfolio, translating business and customer needs into sustainable technical solutions while ensuring competitiveness, safety and performance throughout the product lifecycle. As our organization evolves, you will also play an important role in improving ways of working, strengthening cross-functional collaboration and driving execution excellence. This position is based in Lund, Sweden. To support the operational requirements of this role, priority will be given to candidates who are already based locally and have the legal right to work in the country. What you will do As Technical Product Owner, you will act as the link between business needs, product strategy and technical execution. You will own the technical specification and development direction of assigned product areas and ensure alignment between customer value, technical feasibility and long-term business goals. Key responsibilities include: Define, maintain and continuously improve technical product specifications and architecture. Lead technical product definition, system integration and configuration management activities. Build, prioritize and manage the technical backlog together with key stakeholders. Evaluate technical feasibility, risks and impacts of new opportunities, improvements and innovations. Drive technical roadmaps and contribute to long-term product strategy. Coordinate specialists and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality technical solutions. Support design reviews, development activities and decision-making throughout the product lifecycle. Drive improvements in product governance, development processes and cross-functional ways of working. Create clarity around priorities, ownership, technical decisions and development activities. Strengthen collaboration between R&D, Operations, Manufacturing, Service and Commercial teams. As part of the role, you will also act as Equipment & Food Safety Officer, ensuring compliance with relevant safety, hygienic design, food safety and regulatory requirements throughout the product lifecycle. While the role has no formal people management responsibility, you are expected to lead through influence, build alignment across functions and drive initiatives independently. We believe you have Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanican, Electrical, Industrial etc.) or equivalent technical background. Extensive experience in product development, systems engineering, technical product management or a similar role. Experience from food processing equipment, industrial machinery, process technology or related industries. Strong understanding of complex technical systems and product lifecycles. Proven ability to translate customer and business needs into technical solutions. Experience working in cross-functional and international environments. Strong stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills. Excellent English, both written and spoken. Experience within High Pressure Homogenization, agile ways of working, PLM/configuration management, food safety or machinery safety regulations is considered an advantage. Job Summary As a Fulfilment Leader Europe you’ll manage day-to-day operations within the regional fulfilment team which is part of the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) at Business Unit Processing Solutions & Equipment (PSE). The role oversees a team of Shipping Coordinators and Sales Order Owners, ensuring efficient execution of capital equipment orders—from order creation to final delivery. You will drive visibility, compliance and continuous improvement for the Order to Fulfil process in close interaction with markets. This is a temporary position in Lund, Sweden, for 6 to 12 months. What you will do Lead, develop, and engage a regional team of approximately 20 Shipping Coordinators and Sales Order Owners based in Sweden, Denmark, and Italy. Ensure smooth execution and real-time tracking of customer orders with timely exception handling. Oversee outbound logistics from internal and external factories, ensuring timely, compliant and cost-effective shipping. Ensure adherence to safety, compliance, and export regulations. Act as the first point of equipment escalations, ensure structured, timely, and effective resolution of customer delivery issues that impact delivery performance. Ensure the Fulfilment team acts as a control tower by continuously monitoring order execution, providing visibility to stakeholders, maintaining plan accuracy and communicating exceptions promptly. Monitor and report on KPIs such as order fulfillment rate, on-time delivery and visibility metrics. Drive continuous improvement and support digital transformation in fulfilment processes. Foster strong collaboration across ISC functions, project centers, and Market Operations. We believe you have At least 5 years of experience as a people leader. Master’s degree or equivalent in Engineering or Business Administration. Proven experience in supply chain, logistics and/or order fulfilment leadership roles. Experience managing 3PL providers and understanding of trade flow across global operations, export regulations, compliance, and safety standards. Strong leadership skills with a track record of team development and engagement. Proficiency in ERP systems and digital tools for order tracking and reporting. Strong understanding of process design and operational optimization. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions and prioritize under pressure. Strong communication and collaboration skills across functions and regions with proficiency in English.
