Job Summary The European Sales Administration Centre, a department within Tetra Pak Technical Service, handles spare part order administration for all Tetra Pak customers in Europe. The department, based in Lund service ~3900 customer sites in Europe, TIRCCA, Maghreb in thirteen different languages. This department includes the Sales Administration Officers who directly handle our customer satisfaction. We are now looking for a talented Finnish-speaking Sales Administrator to join our Nordics & Baltics Team. As our Sales Administrator, you will play a vital role in our dynamic team’s success to handle all the administrative tasks for the spare part orders, from initial contact with the customer, to co-ordination and follow-up of transportation to the customer’s destination. You will report to one of the Sales Administration Managers at the European Sales Administration Centre in Lund. This is a temporary position for 11 months, with the possibility of extension and be transformed into a permanent employment afterwards. You will be based in Lund, Sweden but you will work in a global arena. What you will do Act as our main contact for customers & market companies for parts orders and inquiries. Respond to incoming orders and aid queries by phone and e-mail. Execute order administration tasks in SAP’s ECC and Sales Force CRM and other internal tools & systems. Follow-up on orders, service level agreements and other key measurements. Assure that transport to each customer is done at the right time, and at the lowest cost. Work in close cooperation with the European market companies & other internal departments. Continuously build and use your network of Tetra Pak colleagues & external partners for support. We are seeking skilled Project Coordinators to join our dynamic team in our NCSP Journey. The ideal candidate will be passionate about ensuring the quality and reliability of our NCSP journey through requirements gathering, design, test, data migration, cutover & hyper care. As a project coordinator, you will play a crucial role in 2 major areas in NCSP: Testing and Satellite Systems. In the Testing area, you will act as Test Phase coordinator, supporting our Systems Integration (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Own and drive the execution plan for Service Transition during the SAP S/4HANA transformation journey. Coordinate the ramp-down of legacy support and ramp-up of S/4 support, ensuring SLA, and operational alignment. Lead project governance and status reporting, ensuring all milestones, risks, and dependencies are identified and proactively managed. Define and implement knowledge capture mechanisms from incumbent teams to new support structures. We believe you have Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience in software testing and quality assurance, preferably in an IT project delivery environment. Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices. Job Summary Processes are the foundation to the operations and services we deliver. The Process Expert has deep and detailed knowledge in a specific part of the P2F (Plan-to-Fulfill) process and/or business area. This role develops and secures implementation of the Logistics capability within P2F. This role acts as the “guardian of standard” by applying the Design Authority principles in every solution offered. This is a permanent role based in Lund, Sweden. What you will do • Design, implement and refine the Logistics processes through projects and continuous improvement activities • Develop solutions to business execution challenges through the application of design principles and with heavy focus on process harmonization across all Tetra Pak’s businesses • Ensure processes are designed including the appropriate data inputs and outputs, roles and permissions as well as process KPIs and controls to support effective process management • Ensure all supportive elements are in place to effectively execute the processes (documentation, training, process mining, data modelling, etc.) • Maintain the global process repository and documentation • Work effectively between other End-to-End process teams to ensure seamless, cross-process integration • Work with Value Stream Experts and Leads as well as any other needed business expert to find solutions to business challenges while remaining true to our design and architectural principles as well as to secure process control & compliance • Effectively lead tough business decisions through the Design Authority escalation processes • Role model for decision making with the full enterprise view of Tetra Pak as the foundation • Work through a network of business, process and IT experts from multiple business units and organisations We believe you have Professional Qualifications: To be a successful candidate you should be educated with University Degree and have at least 3 or more years of experience working with a similar role in an international environment. Experience working with process improvement and have a strong knowledge of Business Process Design & Management, Business Transformation and Project Management. Knowledge and experience with principles in data management and data privacy. Knowledge and experience in utilizing tools to report on and analyze data (e.g. SAP reporting, Excel, Power BI). You will use your English language skills on a daily basis therefore we need you to be fluent both in written and spoken English.
