You will work closely with a team of Global Product Managers and Global Product Specialists. Your mission As the Global Product Manager, you will be the face of the division for the assigned products towards our customers and customer centers. Your mission is to lead the development of the product strategy by creating and communicating the global vision, direction, and roadmap for the product assortment. This includes fostering business growth by identifying new market opportunities and enhancing customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategies for Rebuilds & Upgrades, ensuring revenue growth, profitability, and innovation in alignment with the Product Line vision. Track customer feedback, product performance, and developments while actively engaging with the Service operations team and the local workshop teams. Define and contribute aftermarket requirements to new product designs to ensure safe, quality, service-friendly designs for future rebuilds and upgrades. Coordinate cross-functional inputs including branding, inventory, transport, compliance, customer share analysis, and pricing. Standardize and facilitate sales training for Rebuilds and Upgrades Analyze and report on competition, price competitiveness, counterfeiting, and product piracy. Actively participate in acquisition projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate product lifecycle management. As the Product Specialist, your overall mission will be to become the expert in our products from a marketing perspective. You will manage and maintain our customer center relations and oversee the pricing of our offerings. This includes handling requests, quotes, and orders, and acting as a project leader for new product development across various functions. You will drive continuous improvements in products, such as the quote and order processes, through the use of tools and by following up with different functions within the division. You will be an integral part of cross-functional teams during the order process, working with sourcing, engineering, parts preparation, pricing, and our distribution center to ensure our product offerings are competitive. Additionally, you will prepare for and conduct visits to customers and/or their centers to support product development. Your profile For this position, you should have a university degree in relevant fields such as Engineering, Mining, Business, or similar competence developed through work experience. You should have some experience in a comparable position, such as a Product Specialist, Business Developer, or a similar role. Experience with underground drilling equipment is advantageous. You should understand business development activities and enjoy working in this area. To succeed in this role, you will need excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enjoying collaboration, and naturally sharing information with colleagues. Your mission The mission for our IT Security Architect is to propose, design, plan and execute strategic and tactical IT security objectives across the entire Epiroc IT environment. To identify best practice and areas of improvements and safeguard that we utilize IT security capabilities in an optimal way for continuous successful business strategy execution. Your profile For the role as an IT Security Architect we are looking for you who have in-depth knowledge of IT architecture and security management. You have a strong understanding of security best practices and proven experience with implementation of different IT security solutions. Broad market understanding of industry trends for cybersecurity, risk & threat intelligence and governance. In-depth knowledge of technical solutions and processes. You have proven experience from SOC operations and solid understanding of Identity and Access Management principals. Knowledge of host hardening, auditing, logging and monitoring, network security, SEIM deployments, security analytics, anomaly detections and PKI. Excellent presentations- and communications skills in English, both written and oral is a must.
