Your mission As SAP Support Lead & Business Process Expert, you will play a vital role in supporting our global operations with your SAP expertise, with specific focus on Sales & Supply Chain. You will oversee a dedicated SAP support team, currently made up of consultants based in India. Another important part will be to support change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and system adjustments. You will also work with Business Key Users (BKUs); knowledge-sharing and supporting with FAQs and development of training material. Your profile For this role, you must have several years of hands-on experience in SAP Supply Chain and Sales (SD&MM), demonstrating a high level of proficiency as an SAP user and profound understanding of general business processes. Additionally, experience in SAP Warehouse Management (WM) and Production (PP) is advantageous. Du är med och tar fram nya testmetoder vilket innebär att du behöver ha en stor teknisk kunskap och en djup förståelse för hur batteriet fungerar och hur det ska testas på ett säkert och tillförlitligt sätt.  Som en del av dina dagliga uppgifter kommer du även stötta och assistera både montörer och kollegor inom produktionsteknik vad gäller tekniska frågor gällande bl a funktion och säkerhet. Du stöttar vid montering och demontering av batteripack i samband med testning, agerar mentor för  End of line-testare med ansvar att lära upp nya medarbetare. Du arbetar självständigt med felsökning och genomför End of line-testning, samt ansvarar för att dokumentera testresultat. Du bidrar till helheten men kan även delta i olika projekt kopplat till testning. Din profil Vi söker dig som har en eftergymnasial utbildning inom relevant teknikområde eller arbetslivserfarenhet som bedöms likvärdig. Your team With our Surface Division Drilling and Exploration Products, we have a market-leading position globally and are investing heavily in technology and product development to stay competitive and provide our customers with world-leading, sustainable, and safe products. The Surface division R&D organization is growing fast and the technology is shifting. We need to make sure that we have a healthy and sustainable organization that supports Epiroc’s exciting journey to accelerate the transformation of our industry. This role is a part of a new team added to ensure our transition towards digitalization, automation, and CO2 reduction. Your mission As Team Manager, you will guide and develop an R&D engineering team of around 15 individuals dedicated to achieving world-class solutions for our drill rigs, optimizing hydraulic system and achieving the best control system. Your specialization will lie in Dynamics and Hydraulic. Your primary responsibility involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the team, including coaching and all relevant personnel matters and legalities, while nurturing a high-performing team and fostering a positive work environment. Collaborating closely with team members, you will provide support in projects and activities within your domain, offering assistance from technological, planning, and resource perspectives. You are also part of the system management team, supporting to the development and day-to-day activities of the system groups. Staying informed of technological advancements and trends within the field, you are expected to contribute to the formulation of our technology development strategy. Additionally, utilize your expertise to provide cross-functional technical support. Your profile For this position, natural leadership skills and interest fostering motivation and collaboration in a team is key. You should have a relevant technical background together with some experience leading small teams, engineers or similar informal leadership. You should have basic knowledge of Motions Control and hydraulic system coupled with experience in system design within at least one of the areas. An understanding of drill rigs, their applications, and performance is advantageous. We want you to be analytical, innovative and solutions oriented. You should also be able to compromise to achieve optimal from both customer and business perspective, while able to make tough decisions when necessary. Retrieving feedback is key for our success, hence cooperating close to our stakeholders with prototype machines and real-life drill tests in mines are normal parts of our way of working.  Our development ranges from on-board automation to autonomous systems, and you will be responsible not just for the programming, but also in the mindset of creating a genuine product. To do so, you are in close collaboration with other divisions and functions, such as experts in hydraulics and electronics, building one machine together. Your profile We are looking for you who are curious to unfold your dexterity in embedded system development on the technology forefront. Your commitment to implementing sustainable technologies, willingness to build relations and collaborate to find solutions, and sharing knowledge in the daily work are some of the things we value.  To succeed, we believe you have an academic degree in computer science or other relevant background including experience in C++. Previous experience of working with embedded systems, Linux, Azure Devops and git is advantageous, but you also benefit from your curiosity in autonomous machine functionality.
