We are now looking for a passionate Head Bartender to lead the operation in our lobby bar Sally’s and everything related to cocktails, spirits and drink experiences.   For this role, we are looking for someone who is detail oriented, creative and an experienced leader. You are an unpretentious team player who has a passion for service to exceed our guests' expectations.   As Head Bartender, you will run one of the most unique concepts of the hotel and an essential part of the hotel’s experience and guest journey.    Main responsibilities: To overview the hotel’s bar operations. This is mostly in Sally’s but also includes any bar activities in our restaurant Mr. Bronck as well as the conference floor. To daily supervise the bar team in the service of quality food & beverage products to customers assuring the quality of their experience.
