Role summary The Brand Manager for the Snus category will be responsible for: - Project manage portfolio projects through the Portfolio deployment/commercialization process. - Contribute to defining the product portfolio roadmap for Snus in the markets and drive all relevant Portfolio Plans and developments to deliver category growth and profitability targets in alignment with the Snus Category Team and markets. - Analyse the Nordic markets and consumer segments to make sure that key needs are clearly articulated and gathered within the portfolio plan. - Monitor the development of the portfolio in the market and competition product launches closely and propose portfolio changes to keep the Snus portfolio competitive. - Support execution of portfolio pricing in line with general pricing guidelines from the Snus Category team. Your “day to day" • Contribute to the business performance of the Snus Category, including responsibility for the category P&L in the cluster, Net Operating Revenue (including volume / mix and pricing) and Share of Market. • Lead and manage assigned Snus Portfolio projects in line with deployment/commercialization Process (Blast, simplified Blast, RPC/CPC or similar). • Support Manager Portfolio in the development of the Snus Product Portfolio Plan, coordination, alignment and co-develop with markets, and integrate in the market’s deployment strategies, following trade windows and market regulatory framework. • Based on Product portfolio plan and Brand prioritization (from Snus Category and Brand Strategy team) prepare SKU Priority list, planogram input etc. needed to secure market execution of Portfolio Plan. • Keep track of portfolio performance for all markets and share insights with collaborators. Propose corrective actions in the portfolio if needed. • Conduct detailed analysis of market and competitive landscape to identify portfolio business opportunities and issues and collaborate with Snus Category & Brand strategy team and Markets to propose products that drive competitive advantage. • Support Manager Portfolio with material for S&OP and market alignment to secure forecasts and product availability. • Participate in the Long-Range-Plans (LRP) development in terms of Portfolio development to address major business opportunities/issues identified through analysis. Feed into Original Budget / Long Range Plan (OB/LRP) from portfolio perspective. • Monitor market execution of Pricing Strategy/guidelines and suggest relevant actions to Portfolio Manager. • Handle all relevant internal Product Management tools and systems in line with set processes. • Manage and develop efficient working relationship with collaborators and internal/external agencies. • Ensure compliance with legal environment, policies and guidelines. • Lead and run other assigned key strategic initiatives and projects. Who you are • Minimum +5-6 years in Marketing, preferably in FMCG in an international environment • University degree in Marketing, business economics or similar. • Documented experience of having successfully worked with product portfolio strategies and innovation. • Confirmed experience of excellent project management skills; structured, self-driven working style and validated knowledge of effective informal leadership • Excellent stakeholder management and experience of creating cross-functional success. • Very good strategic height and analytical ability but can work with details when required. • Experience of successfully redefining strategic insights into actionable marketing strategies, creative and commercial initiatives, innovative product concepts. • Experience of managing budget including financial understanding and P&L responsibility. • Strong communication and presentation skills (incl English) • Experience of collaboration with external agency partners. Role summary In this role you will be deploying the smoke-free Inhalable category brand communication campaigns and initiatives that drives brand growth and visibility, act upon consumer insights to deliver initiatives that strengthen the consumer journey. You will act as the brand guardian, securing brand consistency through messaging, visuals, and activations – to deliver a strong and consistent brand experience through commercial programs, projects, and initiatives whilst ensuring relevancy to local market(s) and consumer context. Your “day to day Independently lead the development and execution of high-quality, omni-channel toolboxes, campaigns, and activations together with cross-functional teams including both local and global stakeholders. Conduct post-campaign follow-up and analysis, and translate insights into actions. Conduct thorough analysis of market research and consumer insights to identify trends, behaviors, needs and preferences, and competitive landscape to define business opportunities/business issues. Coordinate, align, co-develop brand activities with relevant markets to secure integration in the market’s deployment strategies, following trade processes and market regulatory framework; subsequently prepare comprehensive brand plans to realize the strategy. Together with Manager Integrated Marketing, develop Annual Brand Plans and participate in the Long-Range-Plans development to address major business opportunities/issues identified through analysis and feed into the Original Budget / Long Range Plan. Develop, plan, and deliver the trans-creation of global toolboxes and campaigns. Collaborate closely with channel owners to ensure relevancy and fit for the channel roles and objectives, driving brand and product performance across channels in respective markets. Lead and handle assigned initiatives and projects. Who you are Minimum 6+ years in Marketing, preferably in FMCG in an international environment. University degree in Marketing, business administrations or similar field. Documented experience of having successfully worked with brand communication and activations, or related roles, preferably within the FMCG industry. Very good strategic height and analytical ability but can work with details when required. Strong leadership skills with proven knowledge of effective informal leadership. Strong project management skills; structured and self-driven working style. Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills in both Swedish and English. Role summary As a Digital Media Specialist, you will be at the forefront of crafting and implementing digital media strategies aimed at driving brand performance and achieving business objectives. You will manage campaigns across a diverse range of digital channels, optimize media budgets, and use data-driven insights to effectively engage target audiences. Staying ahead of emerging trends, best practices, and innovations, you will ensure impactful and high-performing campaigns that align with the company’s vision of delivering a smoke-free future. This is a fixed term role, from August 2025 until November 2026. Your “day to day" • Develop and implement digital media strategies to boost brand awareness, engagement, and conversions for our brands. • Lead digital campaigns across various channels, including social, display, programmatic, search, and retail media channels. • Coordinate with media agencies to ensure accurate briefing and execution of campaigns within agreed budgets. • Track campaign performance metrics and data, perform regular analysis and reporting to monitor efficiency, provide actionable insights for optimization and improvement, and make data-driven decisions. • Develop social media strategy, including content themes, audience segmentation, and engagement tactics aligned with brand objectives. Coordinate social media content calendars and integrate efforts with paid digital campaigns for consistency across channels. • Work with brand communication team and creative agencies to build engaging content and assets for target audiences, optimized for campaigns and channels with actionable insights, briefs, and recommendations. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as brand communication, portfolio, digital and e-commerce, and Key Account teams, to ensure that digital paid initiatives and calendars are aligned with overall business objectives. • Understand market trends, consumer segments, and competition. Use insights and data to improve campaign performance. • Collaborate with HUB Teams to ensure standard methodologies and Global practices and requirements are applied on local market level. Who you are • Minimum 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on media planning and execution. • University degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field. • Strong understanding of digital media platforms such as Google Ads, FB ads, programmatic/display media buying, etc. • Proficiency in analytics tools, such as Google Analytics. • Demonstrated track record of successfully running and optimizing digital media campaigns across multiple channels, driving measurable value. • Experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization techniques. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights to inform strategic decisions and campaign optimizations. • Experience working with marketing and media agency partners, incl. experience managing budgets. • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work cross-functionally with both internal and external teams. • Proficient in Swedish and English in both speech and writing.
