We are looking for a Go to Market Manager Licensees & Operations to ensure smooth execution of seasonal launches with licensee partners. You will manage brand consistency and cross-functional collaboration to uphold our premium standards globally. As the Go to Market Manager Licensees & Operations, you will ensure that seasonal launches—especially those executed by licensee partners—are aligned with the brand’s creative vision, tone, and high standards. Acting as the bridge between process and expression, you will manage the GTM calendar, drive alignment with licensees, and ensure that every consumer-facing interaction, from product packaging to in-store and digital experiences, reflects the brand’s premium positioning. Responsibilities Own and drive the GTM calendar and critical path, ensuring internal and external partners meet seasonal and campaign milestones Ensure consistent brand identity, tone, and creative integrity across all market-facing assets and consumer experiences Lead licensee alignment as the brand gatekeeper for all categories (TIME, EYEWEAR, FRAGRANCE), ensuring toolkits, packaging, retail executions, and campaigns follow brand guidelines Manage seasonal onboarding, asset delivery, and feedback loops for all licensed partners to maintain alignment and quality. Collaborate with departments and GTM Manager Sales to ensure readiness and timely go-to-market deliveries Oversee brand experience across all touchpoints including marketing materials, retail, digital, and unboxing to maintain premium brand positioning Coordinate seasonal market meetings and manage production oversight, delivering playbooks and toolkits for cohesive market execution and conducting campaign evaluations to optimize performance Ensure go to market readiness from a cross-functional and operations point of view, including product delivery Profile Minimum 5 years’ experience in Brand Management, Licensee Management, Marketing, or similar roles with strong knowledge of marketing processes Solid understanding of brand and business across all sales channels, including external partnership management, preferably within fashion/retail Proven experience with branding/licensing products and wholesale marketing or sales Strong strategic and operational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple large-scale, cross-functional projects Deep understanding of consumer behavior and trends, able to translate insights into actionable marketing activations. We are now looking for two Junior Product Developers to join our Menswear team at GANT. As a Junior Product Developer, you will play a key role in bringing our design vision to life — supporting the entire product development process from the initial concept to final commercialization. You will work closely with the Category Product Developer & Designer to help ensure we deliver premium, high-quality, and commercially strong collections that meet both creative goals and business targets. We are looking for one person to focus on knitwear and one on jersey. Previous experience in either area is therefore considered an additional advantage. Key Responsibilities Support the development of products that meet our quality, pricing, and timing targets. Act as the vital link between design and suppliers, ensuring smooth communication and execution throughout the development process. Proactively source and develop high-quality and commercially viable products aligned with the product brief and range plan. Assist in price and lead-time negotiations with suppliers, ensuring final products align with category goals. Follow up on quality tests for materials, trims, and samples to uphold a consistently high-quality standard. Continuously monitor sales performance and market trends to ensure a competitive and relevant assortment. Support in developing products in the most sustainable way possible, in line with our sustainability goals. Profile University degree in textiles or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within product development.
