As Junior Product Developer, you will be a key player in bringing our design vision to life, supporting the entire product development process from the initial concept to final commercialization. Act as the vital link between product, design and suppliers, ensuring smooth communication and execution throughout the development process. Proactively source and develop high-quality and commercially viable products aligned with the product brief and range plan. Assist in price and lead-time negotiations with suppliers, ensuring final products align with category goals. Follow up on quality tests for materials, trims, and samples to uphold a consistently high-quality standard. Continuously monitor sales performance and market trends to ensure a competitive and relevant assortment. Support in developing products in the most sustainable way possible, in line with our sustainability goals. Profile We believe you will thrive and succeed in this role if you have: University degree in textiles or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within product development. Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment. We are currently looking for two Junior Merchandisers to join our merchandising team. This is a great opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who wants to develop within merchandising and collection planning in a fast paced and analytical environment. As a Junior Merchandiser, you will support the merchandising and collection planning teams in driving structured and data driven decision making. You will work closely with the Global Merchandiser and Collection Planner, contributing to assortment building, performance tracking, and seasonal planning processes. The role combines analytical work with coordination across teams, offering broad exposure to how global collections are developed and executed. Responsibilities You will play a key role in maintaining structure, accuracy, and insights across the merchandising function. Your work will include: Maintaining and developing key data files, templates and trackers used for assortment planning and collection architecture Ensuring accuracy in PLM and supporting the creation of reports, collection overviews and planning tools Monitoring timelines, milestones and seasonal calendars while preparing reports for key deadlines Supporting competitor analysis and consolidating market and channel input for decision making Preparing material for seasonal handovers and internal presentations Following up on weekly performance and contributing insights on sales trends, risks and opportunities Supporting the Global Merchandiser and Collection Planner in building collection plans and global assortments We believe you are a structured and curious team player with a strong interest in data, product and retail. We are looking for a strategic and commercially driven Head of Merchandising - Menswear, to play a key role in shaping the future of our product offering and customer experience. This role is created as part of the new merchandising organisation that supports in building stronger collections through key data insights and consumer driven decision making. Based in Stockholm, you will lead the merchandising strategy across the menswear collections, ensuring that assortment, pricing, and commercial decisions are aligned with customer needs, market opportunities, and business objectives. You will work closely with the Product, Design, Buying and Planning teams to deliver strong, commercially successful collections. Responsibilities Own and drive the long-term and seasonal merchandising strategy for the headgroup, aligned with overall business growth goals Lead end-to-end seasonal planning, including financial targets, pricing strategy, SKU productivity, and distribution approach Develop data-driven commercial plans using historical performance, market insights, competitor analysis, and trend forecasting Define and evolve the collection architecture, ensuring the right balance of category mix, price positioning, and lifecycle management Monitor product performance through business reviews, identifying risks and opportunities and driving in-season actions Represent the merchandising perspective across markets and lead key go-to-market milestones, including global assortment and seasonal handovers Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Product, Sourcing, and Logistics to ensure alignment on timelines, feasibility, and value positioning Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing merchandising team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement The Head of Merchandising holds the end-to-end accountability for the commercial assortment and merchandising outcome for the headgroup. The role owns the development of the collection plans and channel specific assortment securing alignment with the brand vision, commercial opportunities and business KPI’s, ex productivity, efficiency, margin ambition. Profile 7 to 10+ years of experience within Merchandising, Planning, or Buying in the apparel industry Proven leadership experience in an international business environment Strong analytical capability and commercial acumen. Extensive experience in assortment architecture, forecasting, and pricing Strategic and analytical mindset with a consumer and data driven approach Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to balance creativity with commercial goals
