Right now, we’re searching for a Infrastructure Manager in our Stockholm office - are you ready to hit play on an exciting career change?  The role  As the Infrastructure Manager, you will lead the Content Infrastructure team, a team of 4 individuals that is responsible for large parts of Viaplay Group’s core infrastructure. In this role, you will be the team manager and operational leader and your daily duties will contribute to the team’s technical work. Some of your responsibilities will include: - Lead the daily operational work in the team by contributing hands-on and strategically; from planning, follow-up and completion - Support the group with prioritizations and resource planning on a daily basis - Coach, develop and encourage the team members - Proactively build trust with stakeholders - Work with competence development and recruitment - Be responsible for budget and resource distribution within your group. In addition to your responsibilities as a manager, you will use your competence as the system administrator to be a key contributor to our core infrastructure. This by ensuring that we retain stable, up-to-date, and modern systems to serve Viaplay Group’s numerous services ranging from internal development to customer-facing streaming. The team The team works with these pillars of infrastructure - Compute, Network, Storage, and Security - in a hybrid cloud environment. The daily responsibilities lie within, but are not limited to: - Provide private cloud services through multiple virtualization technologies - Manage multi-petabyte storage in several departments - Build and manage the streaming platform where all Viaplay Sports and streaming TV channels originate What we’re looking for  We are searching for someone who has been working as a system administrator or infrastructure architect and has a proven track record of successfully managing a sysadmin team. To thrive in this role, we believe you have a technical interest and dedication to mentoring and coaching others. We also think that you have a can-do attitude, and the ability to communicate and work humbly with others. Right now, we’re searching for two Product Designers for our Stockholm office - are you ready to hit play on an exciting career change?  The role  We're looking for two Product Designers whose focus will be on elevating the product across mobile, web and TV. Both of the positions will be part of teams that have the mission to create the best user experience for our existing customers. You will either focus on our customers watching sports or for our film and series customers. In this role, you will collaborate tightly within a cross-functional team and look at ensuring best design practices and processes. You will work to ensure a brand-wide consistency and delightful experience for our customers now and in the future. You will design cutting-edge concepts as well as feature improvements, and it will all provide lots of challenges and fun. We value collaboration and we see the Product Designers as a key role that brings the whole team together to solve our user's pain points and create a product they love. What we’re looking for  We are looking for designers with a strong portfolio in digital product design. You are passionate about pushing the boundaries, have a solid experience in multi-platform design, are a strong advocate for design process, and want to be a part of a fun team working to transform the streaming experience for our customers. As a designer, you have: - Experience: Strong background working with user experience and user interface design, preferably at various companies. - UI: Confident creating visual designs based on company brand guidelines and design system. - UX: Incorporate design principles and apply intuitive user-centric design solutions based on user insights gathered from quantitative and qualitative research. - Design process: Experience contributing in the complete product development lifecycle. Familiar with different design methods and ability to apply and adapt. - Tool: Good knowledge of Figma as it is the main design tool we use in the company. - Platform knowledge: Experience designing for mobile, tablets and web. - Collaborations: Experience working in cross-functional teams. Eager to include other designers, researchers, product managers, developers, and stakeholders in the design process to gather input and diverse perspectives.
